Clean hotel - excellent staff

Very nice hotel and close to Love Field. Excellent service in every category, front desk, airport shuttle driver, wait staff and maintenance worker. Little problem with heating but they were there to take care of the problem within 5 minutes and the worker was very friendly and professional. I hate to even mention the heating problem because it really wasn't a big deal.

Disappointed Guest

I have stayed at this property multiple times of the years and usually have a very pleasant experience. It's convenient to the freeways and parking is easy and free. However, on this occasion I was disappointed in the service and the quality of both the staff and the room. I will probably consider other hotels on my next visit to this area.

Air Problems

I was having issues with the heater in my room and called the front office. An engineer came up promptly and was very nice and polite. He was able to make my room a bit warmer, but explained that since he had turned the heat on, it was heat or nothing- so if I got too hot I needed to just turn the air off all together, and turn it back on if I got cold. This was not an issue because my room never warmed up to a comfortable temperature until I was ready to leave the next morning.
