This was a fine hotel, but the AC adjustment didn't work. I tried to get it warmer, but it kept cutting on and cooling the room even though the night was pleasant and didn't need cooling.

The price was right and the location was good for me. I was in town for a half marathon race at the Community Beer Gardens. This is within the 5 mile radius of the hotel van service, so that was nice.

The rooms are a bit dated. Old colors, old carpet. It feels like an old hotel.

There was a motorcycle convention happening the same night I stayed and they overstayed their welcome and were revving their bikes from 9 PM to 2 AM in the parking lot. The hotel staff did what they could to clear them out, but ultimately the cops had to do the job. The hotel security was unable to move them along since he seemed like he didn't want to be firm with them. He would drive up and pick up their trash next to them. Not very authoritative.

The staff was very apologetic and took care of our room for the night. I just hope they learn the lesson about booking motorcycle conventions.

Terrible van service

The van service was very lacking on this trip. The excuse was that the hotel was busy. We had to get up 2 hours early and were dropped off at the airport to have to sit and wait on our flight. The van didn't even come to pick us up when we returned. We had to take a cab back to the hotel to get our car which we had paid to park there.

Ambivalent Staff, No Pillows, Broken Fixtures

The staff was not overly friendly or welcoming.

The room had no pillows, and it took four requests, including two in person at the front desk, to get pillows delivered to my room. When they arrived, they smelled dirty so I slept with a towel over them.

The bathroom had broken fixtures in both the shower and the sink. This caused water to spray everywhere when trying to shower in the mornings.
