Heating and air conditioning need to be replaced.

Guests either get heat or air conditioning, but not both if temperatures change. The heat had an inconsistent temperature and had to be manually changed at least once or twice per night. Management was notified of our displeasure and never contacted us to discuss the issue.

Comfortable bed, bad heating and cooling system

I have been a repeat customer at this hotel and have had good experience in all my previous visits. My last visit was not a comfortable one due to the bad heating and cooling system. This hotel has no good fitness equipment and I really missed the fitness room. The staff at the hotel was very courteous and made my stay really comfortable. Restuarant had good breakfast buffet and chef on duty. Restaurant staff was outstanding and the service was superb.
Overall except for room heating and cooling system fiasco I loved this place and will visit again as it is conveniently located close to the airport and easy access to highways and downtown Dallas.
