Thanks to the valet staff who, even though I self parked, were very friendly and eager to assist. I got a great recommendation from one of the valet's on a running route that saved me from having to workout on a treadmill. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel Nice updated hotel . Comfortable bedding, quiet rooms. Enclosed walkway from parking structure to hotel (likely a city of Dayton issue) is not a good first impression. Needs paint, clean windows, painted doors and clean floors. September 5, 2014

They did not know anything about it when I was at the airport waiting to be picked up and I had to call to see if they were coming to get me. Also, even if a place is within walking distance, if a shuttle is requested, it should be given without a discussion of walking distance. It is a service provided to the customer by the hotel. AC unit leaking onto floor of the room Shower handle coming off and needing to wait for maintenance to come fix it. Nice hotel look wise but customer service not so great. August 26, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointing Room service left our room everyday with dirty cups and didn't replace coffee condiments, crusty food was found on one of the comforters and it wasn't ours because we never had food in the room, one of the room service staff members walked into our room without knocking catching someone in the bathroom undressed, and when we complained, it took doing it more than once to get any results. They did give us a free night stay for the problems that we had... August 26, 2014

The hallways were well lighted and the room was tastefully decorated. I liked the fact that I could not hear noise ifrom the hall ways. August 25, 2014
