Great Service

I traveled with a coworker and our stay at the Crowne Plaza started in July and now the the project has came to a close, ended with a stay at the Crowne, the week of the 19th. We came to know nearly everyone in the Hotel and was treated as family and certainly not as guest. I spent some of the best moments of my last 7 months, staying at the Crowne. The GM was the best and made himself available to us at any time, spending most breakfasts at our table. He always greeted us at cocktail hour and was always attentive to our needs as was the entire hotel staff. I'm going to miss my weekly stay there and will definetly stay there in the future. The entire staff labeled my coworker and I as "the cool kids" and they for certian made us feel that way. The hotel knew when Paul and Russell were there.

Disappointing stay

The hotel is worn, tired and in clear need of updating and repairs. The carpets and elevators are filthy. The front desk staff seemed as interested as a fast food restaurant.

Hit or Miss!

I have stayed there twice in the last 30 days. Great location. Over priced based on service and amenities. They are one or two on staff that are excellent and some that just don't care. The service I for breakfast is absolutely the slowest. Every morning whether there is 2 or 22 people waiting. If you are expecting great service and a great experience I don't think the staff at that location gets it.
