Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Great hotel badly managed
I am a gold card member as I stay at many Holiday inn hotels WW. The rooms where we stayed are recently renovated and comfortable. The restaurant food was excellent Friday night and service was of a high standard. Unfortunately something I ate there did not agree with me so it was the only meal I had in the hotel. When we called the hotel before arrival we were held on line over 40 minutes on two different occasions in normal work hours. When we reached the hotel the assistance was good.
Check out is stated at 11 AM, check in at 3 PM. When we came to check out at 10.30 we had to wait over 40 minutes due to many early arrivals in line for check in. There should be a preference to check out which takes a much shorter time. The main issue we had was that when we complained about the above only the group organiser was available, no manager was in the hotel and in spite of a promise the manager would call that did not happen until now over 6 weeks later. I have sent two letters since and received no response from the Hotel group!

I was expressed with price for food in this hotel. Especialy at Friday. I know it is Sabath selebration but why we have to pay for it? In other locations selebrations mean more food at the same price but here the almost the same food but at the highest price. Taking into consideration that this hotel only at "limited IHG license", service for IHGclub elite service is not brilliant but exist.

We have spent a day there in the past but this time we stayed overnight. We had 2 rooms, the balcony was just beautiful, the view was gorgeous. We just sat on the balcony and had a cup of tea and took in the site. The buffet lunch and breakfast was excellent.
The pools & jacuzzis are crowded , but people are constantly coming in and out. We had to wait alittle bit for the towels since they ran out...but it was fine. Overall , we had a wonderful time and every year on our trip to Israel it is a sure stop.

My wife and i truly enjoyed our three days stay . The view is fantastic, the beach is just right in front of the hotel, so convenient. The room is clean and smell as new and the food is great. Try it and you will know why we left with fond memories.

Hotel experience at an exception property location like this one is ruined by the fact that the food is terrible! My recommendation to management is: HIRE a chef and stop serving up poor quality cafeteria food! To arriving visitors-don't waste your time eating at the hotel. Imagine!?! McDonalds and Aroma across the street do a much better job!
