Nice hotel - but location differed fror what I thought

I really liked this hotel. The recognittion of my award status was over the top. Every staff member stopped to say "Thank you for your loyalty" My friend who was traveling with me was laughing at how crazy it was. However they did upgrade us to an amazing room. The bathroom was extremely nicely appointed, and the living room of the suite was very classy.

The biggest issue was electricity problems. The power kept going on and off, but there was a flashlight in the room. I think this issue is just a problem in the area.

This hotel did come up when I did a search of Dehli - and I have no idea where everything is in India. This hotel is no where near Delhi. It actually worked out. I was coming back up to Delhi from Agra and it was on the way, the perfect place to stop for the evening. However, if you are looking for Delhi accomidations this is not it.

I did visit the spa there, but it was only medicore.

Useful location, poor service

If you are visiting Greater Noida for business or the Delhi fair then the location is good, but the quality of service and general level of the hotel is poor. The building finish in public areas and guest rooms is terrible and not up to international standard. It is a shame as the bathroom and room design are quite good. The restaurant is pretty good but the wine list is very expensive even by Indian standards. Staff training is poor and everything is very slow which is not what you need when you are traveling on business.
