Everytime i stay there it gets better and better. Staff extremely polite and go out of their way to help.
Rooms spacious and super comfortable.
Would always recommend this hotel.

I am impressed with Hospitality Service by Naveen
Also Breakfast and dinner was awesome.
All maintenance was very co operative...
If i will get any chance again in future i will surely visit this place again....

Found a personal touch lacking

Good ambience , spacious and having good amenities till you get bogged down by service. Can get quite chaotic when the occupancy level peeks up. AC in the room makes quite a noise and unless you are habitual to sleep in silence, grab yourselves a nice pair of earmuffs.

NOT a good way to begin 2015

Dear Team
i and my friens did not have a good start of the new year
1. The dinner and drinks were closed too early on 31st. The bar tender was rude and did not acknowledge the guests demands. Knowing it was a new year you should have done what was best for the guests.
2. The Breakfast was cleaned without intimating the guests many of the guest went without having breakfast.
3. No one from the service desk helped or listened after many complaints.
