Hotel is nice, but many downsides

In my 2 night stay, my bath tub was significantly leaking twice.
This had to be repaired for } 1 hour in the late evening. I was not given a different room and was working at the desk in a conference call while multiple people noisily repaired the bathroom.
Even worse, I was charged for this on my credit card without notification although this had been prepaid. I am still waiting for the money to come back after around one week, because I have to wait for the 'accountant' to reimburse it.
Never again.

Comfortable but remote

A very new and comfortable property, but very far from Delhi and even 30 minutes from Noida so easy to feel remote. Could benefit from some shops, though the gym and pool are nice.

Restaurants are pleasant, if a little odd (Chinese and Italian food in one) but be prepared for pumping club music first thing in the morning at breakfast, which isn't very nice.

Amazing Service but could improve on certain things

Hands down this is the best service I have had in all the hotels that I have stayed around the world.

A pity the hotel of this calibre lets itself down with the shoddy workmanship that was glaringly obvious for all to see. Peeling wallpaper stuck with nails on the corridor is not a pretty sight! We were just amazed at the fact that senior management had not done anything to do something about it. The other thing that I think the hotel can improve on is the landscaping around the hotel grounds. Lighting in the room needs to be improved as it is so dark especially in the bathroom.

It also needs to have a few more restaurants to offer its guests as this hotel is in the middle of nowhere and you only have the choice of the buffet and the Chinese/Italian restaurant. The hotel folder says there is an Indian restaurant and also a Belgian Beer garden but we were told by staff that these are not opened yet. They also need to work on improving the quality of the Chinese food at the Chinese/Italian restaurant as it is the blandest Chinese meal we ever had. Also, think of having some live entertainment because you are so far away from the main city centre stuck in the middle of nowhere in Delhi. We stayed here due to the proximity to the fair.

Still, I would come back and stay at this hotel on my next visit next year due to its convenience to the fair and also the great service from the staff.
