Crowne Plaza always been the best experience for me. Here a gentleman named Alex was quite helpful and generous getting my friends and i set in our rooms after a long skiing trip.

A couple of things - there was some kind of blood or chocolate stains on the carpet of our room. Also, check in took a while. The manager on duty seemed a bit pre-occupied, which is fine because there is a lot to do working at these places. However when it came time for our service I felt like this person was pre-occupied. No worries - Alex, who may have been a new hire? was extremely generous and helpful.

All in all, we got checked in, I'm happy, slept good and it was a succesful trip.

If I had a choice, I'd stay elsewhere.

I'll make it plain and simple, you can stay at better hotels for the same money. This hotel is doing things very well in certain categories but failing in others. However, their price point does not reflect that.

You can pay the same money and stay at a hotel that does things very well in all categories.

This is the only Crowne plaza that I have stayed at. I don't know if its the entire brand or just this hotel.

Great Staff Members

My granddaughter and I came for the 24/7 Dance Competition. We had a very nice two day stay and we will be back in February for the NYCDA Competition. We were at the same competitions last year. We will also be there for RADIX. I like the competitions there as there is plenty of room unlike other hotels in Denver.

Clean Comfortable Room and nice staff.

The front desk person was very nice at check in and promptly got me checked in after a long day of work/travel. Once I got to the room, it was updated, clean and smelled fresh. The housekeeping folks in the morning all said "good morning" as I passed through the hall which makes you feel welcome. I will be staying at this location in the future when I come to the area.

The entire staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The night time manager was especially helpful and we really enjoyed Abe in the resturant. Though the hotel itself Is slightly outdated the excellent staff makes up for it.

Parking availability non existent

On a recent business trip to the Denver area, I stayed for 4 days in Lakewood and then registered here to be nearer to airport for a very early morning flight. I drove around for 10 minutes to find a parking space ( waiting for someone to leave) when I did get one it was very far from the entrance and in tow were suitcases as well as clothes and briefcase.
Did not get any sleep as to putting me on the ground floor and had teenage girls (and parents) loud noises most of night and I had to be at airport at 6 am.

I will be looking for another hotel near the airport next month for my visit.

Great Overall Stay

The staff was very helpful and courteous. The bed was comfortable, and the food was good. We were there for 6 days for business and breakfast and lunch were served in the hotel every day. I'd definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Denver.
