1. The alarm clock was set wrong and no way to set it.
2, Some of the toiletries had previously been used.
3. The staff was unawair that a contintenal brk. was available in room tho it was listed on room service.
4.the mattress on my bed had a dip in it , I was forced to move over to the other side so to sleep levelly.
5/ I miss a refrig and microwave, fortunately we had a car to safely store food in.
6. I don't critique unless asked.
7. Its' locale in relationship to the med. center is perfect.

This is a decent hotel in a good location. The front desk check in was AWESOME, when I got to my room I asked for a few chairs so our group had a place to sit, it was done within fifteen minutes, OUTSTANDING! It all went downhill from here.
Breakfast service was awful waited 15 minutes for water,juice,coffee. Then 10 minutes for milk. The food was average hotel fare. Asked front desk for directions and was told to google it in the business center. My do not disturb on my door was ignored(somebody took it) but I even told housekeeping in the hall not to clean my room.
The room had very few available outlets for laptops or phone chargers. The sink backed up and nothing was done about it, it was GROSS, it was literally filth, I couldn't brush my teeth I had to use the sink down in the lobby bathroom. I dont think I'll be back.

This hotel was rate 3 1/2 stars and it should of been 2 at the highest. The staff was friendly but the hotel stunk, the hallways and general areas carpeting was dirty. This is an embarrassment to this otherwise decent chain. The food in the restaurant was horrible. However, I was waited on by a very nice lady that did provide good service. People were not the problem here.

When I checked in the staff was super friendly and nice. Also, the gym is amazing - great space and equipment! But that's basically where it ends.
It was hard to find the elevator and when I did find it, it is very slow. It was also hard to find the gym. The garbage had not been taken out in my room and the mouthwash bottle in the bathroom didn't have a seal on it which makes me wonder if it was used before. Those things made me question if the glasses were clean, bedding was changed, etc.
I was considering just grabbing some dinner at their restaurant but after running into some other guests in the elevator who said that their food was so slow that they got their food for free, I decided against it.
Again, the front desk staff was really nice though.

I was traveling for business and needed a room near the airport because I had an early morning flight. The bathtub in my room needed to be scrubbed. It was dirty. I reserved a king room and was given a double because the only king room was on the first floor. Instead I got a double room on the second floor overlooking the atrium / bar. It was very loud and I could hear the conversation of the bar guests. The shower was dirty and I would not take a shower. I will not stay here again and will not recommend this hotel.

was present for 4 nights, didn't welcome me as a platinum club member at check in, had treats for other club members but excluded me, didn't receive breakfast or drink coupons that club members receive, had to go to desk 3 times to have them remove tax from my bill and when I checked out final bill was still wrong... when I asked at front desk, they acknowledged that I was a priority club member and when manager got involved and sent a front desk clerk to inquire again of my room number... I still never heard anything else about my concerns...
