I have stayed at this hotel several times and each experience has been satisfying. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the facility is clean and well maintained. My stays have been comfortable and quiet. I especially enjoy the convenience of the free shuttle to and from the Denver Airport.
The rooms are very nicely decorated and appointed. My only complaint is that in each instance I have stayed there, my room has contained a couch that is situated on the same wall as the television, therefore making it impossible to sit on the couch and watch TV. This is a ludicrous arrangement. There is a large desk opposite the couch. Why not swap positions of the desk and couch? Seems like an easy change and one that makes sense? I dont enjoy laying on the bed to watch TV.
The other dislike is the smell of the shampoo/conditioner...not very appealing at all. I will continue to stay at this hotel when business takes me to Denver.

The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to answer any questions. There was always a friendly face at the Front Desk, willing to assist you with any need. The breakfast was delicious and very filling, not your ordinary Continental Breakfast...much better! Rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

I reserved 4 rooms through priority club and had issues the day we arrived. We had to check out and back in almost every day, keys did not work , names on wrong rooms, and issues getting the room charged to right credit card. We spoke with a number of people and it seemed like no one wanted to resolve the issues. If we had not been a part of the Rocky MT Equipment Show there is no question we would have changed hotels. I have been a member of priority club for many years and this was most likely the worst stay I have ever had. I hardly ever respond to a survey but I felt this is one I had too. IN fact there are some of us who never did receive all of the daily receipts so we could recoup all of our expenses.
There are some of your managers who need to take lessons from your express hotels where the customer is first.

We were there for a convention so it seemed like the convenient place to stay. I was warned not to by her team mates who had visited in the past but unfortunately I ignored them. It started when we got there and there was no bellman and no carts so we had to lug everything to the room by ourselves. Once we got to the room the keys would not work so I went down and got a 2nd set of keys. These didn't work either so I sent my daughter down to get a 3rd set. While she was gone and I stayed with our belongings a maid walked by. I asked her to let us in our room and she refused. Finally a maintenance person came by and let me in. When I went down to get the rest of our things from the car, I found a cart. I loaded the remainder of our belongings on the cart and went to park the car. While I was gone a hotel person took my cart inside. When I came back no one seemed to know what happened to the cart and our belongings. My daughter informed me that someone had brought the things to our room.
The room was ok, but not very clean. I went to use a glass but when I held it to the light it was clearing dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned since the last guest. The next morning I found a long black hair in our bed even though my daughter and I both have blonde hair. It was creepy to think they hadn't even bothered to wash the bedding. When I informed the front desk and took both the glass with the black hair in it to them, they didn't even acknowledge there was a problem.
The first night we tried to eat in the restaurant. There were only 3 other tables at the time. The waitress took our order and we didn't see her again once the drinks were delivered. After about 45 minutes I went to the hostess and asked where our food was. She got the waitress who came over and said our food would be up soon. I still don't understand why she couldn't have checked on this herself and/or given us an update. We had young children in our group and wanted to get them to bed. Plus I had ordered a salad which shouldn't take an hour to make. A manager came by later and when I told her what had happened she didn't seem to care either. We had to insist on a dessert menu and it was like pulling teeth to get our dessert.
The convention was at the hotel and I was not impressed at all. The trash cans were overflowing all weekend and there was trash on the floor in the morning that had been there the night before as well. The bathrooms smelled and had no toilet paper and no hand soap the majority of the weekend. The carpets looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years and they didn't even both to vacuum them while we were there.
I would NEVER stay here again and I hope the convention is moved to another location next year!!

Rooms have been remodeled since i stayed here last year for the same event, and the room was a nice improvement. However, service needs improvement. Room was never cleaned, showers were cold, room service breakfast was late, had to abandon dinner order, etc.

We recently stayed at this hotel for a dance convention. I was dissapointed in the stay as I expected much more. The hotel did not staff correctly for the amount of guest they had. Dinner the first night they had one waiter (who was great) but service was slow. We waited almost 40 minutes after we were finished eating to receive our bill so that we could leave. The buffet for breakfast was not very good and I had to pay for coffee when I got up in the morning, yet the flight attendant who was in front of me was given a cup to go for free. It was just regular coffee not like I was wanting a starbucks..... The girls danced all day and did not get done until after 10 that night. The restaurant was closed so we went up to the room and ordered room service. An hour later we called to find out what was going on and they had not placed our order.

The dinner we had was very disappointing.. We got the wrong wine, appetizers were brought out in the middle of the meal, the steaks were well done, but the salad was nice and fresh. It was just disappointing because we were very hungry and it was just a treat for us to be there on that weekend for it was the Hollywood Vibe convention. SO we were looking forward to sitting down and having a great dinner. It was all disappointing. I also asked for steak that had melted blue cheese on it, it came with mushrooms instead. So I told the waitress about it, and she brought me out a side of blue cheese crumbles. For the prices that you charged, it was all very disappointing. Your calamari was also very greasy and chewy. As far as the stay at the hotel, the room was nice, but we had no fridge and that was a mix up because on your website, it said that you did have mini fridges in the rooms. When we called the front desk, they said would have to upgrade for it. We also found that the bathroom floor was dirty, and the railings along the halls were very dirty. Also, the elevator floors were dirty. That's it.

The staff does not realize or understand what customer service is. From the moment I called for transportation pick up at DIA and no one answered the call (had to take a cab) to being issued a room that was the size of a closet. The enitre stay ended with no sleep due to the noise of the freeway. Do not stay at this facility

Staff and manager was rude and unpleasant.
Stated they sent an email regarding deposit, that I did not recieve, then proceeded to tell me they would not refund the room and they would not take a cash deposit when I did not have a credit card, I didn't want to bring unnecessary valuable items given the event on NYE. I had to run around so that I would not lose the 200$ for the room and then they only charged me 30$ deposit when they stated the deposit would be 60$.

We finished skiing at Breckenridge on a Saturday afternoon and soley needed a hotel close to DIA for a Sunday 8am Sunday flight home. The hotel and shuttle were perfect for the 12 hr lodging needs. A quick 10 minute shuttle ride was super convenient. While the hotel is not specifically geared towards kids (we have a 4 and 1 year old), the staff was great in accommodating us!
Will definitely stay there again on our next trip through.

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I had a 3yr. old grandson with me and they acknowledged him and were very pleasant. The complimentary breakfast was very good and parking at the hotel rather than the airport was cost efficient. Enjoyed the stay and will probably do so again.

Not impressed with the front desk women. Disinterested at check in and unfriendly at check out. Was surprised to find I could not connect my USB from camera or VGA from laptop to TV. Have not experienced this in any other hotel. In fact when I tried to plug in laptop the TV stopped working. They had to move me to a different room. (Oddly they moved me from one room by the stairs to another room clear down the hall to the other stairs. As a single woman I don't like being isolated by the exits, but didn't feel like moving AGAIN) There was only ONE outlet, so I had to call for an extension strip for my laptop, phone charger and mini frig, which I also had to call front desk for. I can't recall the last descent hotel I stayed in that didn't have a mini frig in room. I felt like the room(s) were cramped, I am definitely used to more space,and more surface area. Bed in first room was firm,but lumpy and soft in the second. Housekeeping disregarded do not disturb sign, when I opened the door she just stood there staring at me, then walked away. On the plus side, the room was clean, the guy who delivered my frig, Jerry, was friendly and the maintanence guy who came to try and fix my TV, was helpful and kind. He asked for a new room and helped me move all of my things. Won't be back.

Our recent stay was a nice experience although some of the hotel staff (ie; restaurant and bar areas) could use a little coaching in the "customer service" department. Not sure if they're part of the hotel or run separately. Rooms were clean and kudos goes to the friendly housekeeping staff for providing extra towels and pillows on request. Bed was very comfortable and our part of the hotel was pretty quiet other than the occasional big going down the highway which our room faced. Hotel management was very attentive to needs and feedback. Overall a nice hotel, but not everything was quite up to par with what you'd expect from the Crowne Plaza. They're working on it -- nothing that replacement staff can't fix!

this Crown Plaza is NOT up to your standards, the room design is terrible! Who thought putting the TV and couch next to each other was a good idea? fire her! there was no where to watch TV except sitting on the bed.
Food was mediocre and over priced.

the staff here was great and the room was very nice. free ride to airport to pick up wife and free ride back this was great i had a long drive before i got to the hotel . we had dinner at the hotel it was tasty and at a fair price. we use the pool area it was clean and warm . had a few drinks at bar very high priced but very nice bartender. i would stay here again and will....

The check in was good - the room was nice - the restaurant service most of the time was slow - very slow. I was here for a 3 day seminar with 400 people - restaurant knew when we'd be breaking for lunch and dinner breaks and that we were on a timetable - I waited 20 minutes for a beer and meal - way too long for a simple sandwich and a beer.
The room was okay but the window faced the lobby and it was difficult sleeping with the lights and noise from below. I would ask for a room that didn't face the lobby - also, please check the refrigerator in the rooms to be sure they can keep food and drinks cold.

The room was fine, although it is one of the first bathrooms that we have not had a counter to use.
The guest service when we checked in was far from friendly...we had reserved a room with 2 King beds and would have been happy with 2 Queens but the gal that serviced us said they didn'[t have any and didn't seem like she cared that we were not that happy- then we overheard someone else checking in after us that did get 2 king beds so she lied.
We asked for extra items (pillows) which we did not get.
So we were not happy with the service. Noone seemed especially happy or kind.

Booked a one night stay at this hotel so as to end a visit with an old friend. This hotel was easy to locate. Every staff member encountered was helpful, friendly and professional. The room was larger than most and very comfortable, including the bed. We rested well and ordered room service for breakfast. The breakfast was just as we ordered it and delivered in 20 minutes as promised. It was delicious! We would definitely stay here again. Easy access to the airport.

Our room had this horrible musty smell. We had to go buy some air fresheners. The carpet was stained and looked pretty dirty. We had our do not disturb sign up the whole time and one time we happened to be in the room and the maid knocked and came in.
The first night there the fire alarm went off at 3am and continued for about 30 minutes. They announced they were investigating it and we should remain in our rooms for further instruction. The alarm stopped but hey never did announce all clear or anything.
The staff is very friendly and helpfull just think they need to refresh the place if they are going to qualify it as a Crowne Plaza.

Friendly help at the front desk assigned us to a fourth floor room facing the atrium. The room was adequately appointed and clean, but the relatively small window let enter no natural light, and if you opened the curtains to look out, all you can see is the sloped ceiling in front of the room. I planned to work from my room some, so this seemed depressing to come to Colorado to work with a lamp on all day. I did notice that all of the other windows facing the atrium had their curtains closed. We also noticed our mattress was very bowed in the middle so that you literally tumbled into the middle from the edges should you try to move. The air conditioner is one of those noisy wall-mounted affairs, so I left it off during my entire visit.
The lobby staff gave us another room facing outside, so I got natural light and a view of the parking lot and highway retaining wall. The bed mattress was better and atmosphere quiet.
I will say that the atrium is attractive and people gathered there to work or chat at the bar. The fitness facility is very clean and modern and complete enough. If you watch TV, major networks are in HD, but most channels are blurry analog.

It is an excellent feature to offer complimentary airport shuttle service. However, I would recommend when someone signs up for the shuttle that the desk clerk should note that the shuttle leaves ON TIME. I waited in the lobby for two hours as I had to check out of my room and I stopped to use the restroom just before boarding the shuttle and when I arrived two minutes past the hour the shuttle had already left and I had to get a taxi. It was an error on my part, however it was very frustrating and that would've been a helpful tip to hear from the desk clerk ahead of time.

We stayed here because we had a very early flight at Denver Int'l the next morning. Even though we didn't have a reservation, the staff had a room available, and it was very nice.
The only negative, and it's a very minor one, was that most of the parking lot entrance was roped off with caution tape. It was a little difficult entering and leaving.
