As a platinum member, the room has been upgraded to the suite, and free parking. Location is good, we can walk to many interesting places in downtown Denver.

Due to a last minute change in plans, we were able to easily book into the hotel using my points for two rooms. When we arrived the hotel had upgraded us to suites for my wife and I and also our daughter and her boyfriend! we then had booked another room for two nights for 3 of us later in the week. once again our plans changed, so we needed two rooms. the hotel was again kind enough to book us Into suites. We are so grateful for the excellent service we received. It certainly pays to be loyal to the IHG properties!!

I travel with a few co workers and love to stay at this hotel. It is comfortable and easily accessible to downtown. Thank you for the great service in the restaurant!

I travel for my company and stay in many hotels. I have to say that this hotel tops the charts! Rooms were clean, lobby is festive, and employees are wonderful.

Nice hotel in Denver. Central location next to the 16th street mall. Staff was nice and courteous. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast could have been better, but honestly hotel buffets in this class rarely are and fresh eggs were made by request. Would definitely stay here again.

There were just too many small faults which in themselves were perhaps not that major but taken together delivered a service which was not up to that normally associated with a Crowne Plaza. I had two separate reservations about which I had emailed previously in order to get them linked - this did not happen and caused inconvenience when checking out and prevented an upgrade. There was no hot water one morning. There was no duvet on the bed on the first night and no spare blankets/pillows in the room. There is no proper restauant in the evening - you have to eat in the bar and the menu is limited to say the least. Room service was very slow although this was not the fault of our waiter as he was rushed off his feet. Tea and coffee were not replenished fully on a daily basis and I was informed that bottled water was only provided on the first night. I saw the Duty Manager on departure and she was suitably apologetic but the hotel needs managing with their guests in mind.

Great hotel, great staff! Love the location. The restaurant had a fantastic selection for lunch and dinner.

The location was great, close to the 16th ST Mall. The service was also nice. Moreover, there is a Starbucks inside which is very convenient.
