The setting is pleasant. Some features need upgrading. The hotel is clean, the rooms are pleasantly arranged. Breakfast and lunch were tasty and offered with a varied menu. Dinner at the lounge was also a treat, especially the Greek salad and the grilled hamour.
The fitness center was modern and well-equipped. Service was excellent.
The location was good because as you took a taxi to a destination you could see the sights...mostly the amazing skyline.

I spent 3 nights at this hotel on a weekend away with my daughter. I found the services excellent and the friendliness of the staff exceptional. I thought the hotel was also very good value for money. Moving around Dubai was easy as the hotel is very close to a metro station and there are taxis available. We had a most wonderful time and will definitely stay at and recommend this hotel over and over again.

Stayed for 2 nights in May 2013 in a club room.
Room was comfortable. Breakfast and dinner was very good. Staff were attentive and courteous. Would definitely stay again, especially on the 21 days advance offer which made this very good value.
Swimming pool was good, we also made use of the steam room and sauna, again excellent facilities.
Small negative point, there are no plug sockets available near the mirror so difficult to use straighteners etc.
Supermarkets and Reef Mall are close by.
Metro station less than 10 minutes walk.

Everything is good in the hotel. The Internet speed is too slow. Service is one of the best i have seen. Nothing is delayed in this hotel all because of the efficient staff. keep it up.

ther are many noise in the my room next day they are chinged but whay they gave me in 6th floor noice room ?? and they know it is very bad !!! because the elvator machen on my room !!!!
