Could have been Worse


March 31, 2015

Upon checking in, around 7:30 PM, I discovered no wash rags or hand towels. I called the front desk and they immediately brought several up. At 10:30, I decided to turn the furnace on and it was broken. Maintenance came up and was able to get it to work at the furnace thermostat but not wall thermostat. Finally had to change rooms

Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Great location.
Outside appearance of hotel needs some improvement
but guest room was fine. Mattress was uncomfortable.

Nice enough

For a Crowne Plaza not the best experience. Just always seemed off. Front desk was attentive, but room was dim, outlets were in interesting spots, several amenity items standard to the CP were missing. Just never really clicked with me.
