Great Location for Shopping Trip

January 29, 2015

The hotel is well decorated, the room was very comfortable and very clean. The bathroom was great as it has a walk in shower and separate bath. The TV is a good size and the range of channels availabel was good for a hotel.
The breakfast was good value for 10 euro as there was a big variety of food and the quility of the food was very good, however the experience of eating in the bar was totally different. Service was extremely slow, it was so bad it took over an hour for my main course to arrive and when it did it was cold. I didnt complain because I thought if it took that long to bring out how long would I be if I complained, I even waited 45 minutes for a drink! There were 2 waiters and a manager servering the area and yet the service was appauling, every time they came to the table they appologised for the delay. People sat around with coats on for ages waiting to pay and were getting really frustrated, service really was a shabbles. I would stay here again but I wouldnt be eating in the bar the next time.

Sehr freundlicher Service; lautes Zimmer mit defekter Klimaanlage

January 27, 2015
