Budget hotel near offices

Wifi had some issue, it was difficult to getthrough
someone else's room bill was added but later resolved

Breakfast was not great

Only good for the Room were spacious, location where I wanted and staff was helpful

Service team makes it great!!!!

It had been almost 16 months since i stayed at this hotel. the entire service team had turned over, but the new team made me feel as welcome if not more welcome than the old team. Christina in the restaurant/lounge at night was awesome, and the breakfast team ( i wish I wrote their names down ) were incredible as well.
The front desk team worked hard to meet all needs. Seemed like they were a little overwhelmed at times, like management was not supporting them. Also noted ladders in the lobby and drop- off area outside front door at inopportune times, like maintenance was going on that should have been finished.
Anyway, as a IHG menber who has stayed at this hotel almost once a year for the last 13 years, I will continue to return as long as the service staff is in place. i mourn the loss of old friends at this establishment but flourish in the glow of my new friends. As long as Christina and her family are at the hotel, i will feel like family.
