Comfortable bed and amenities

When I travel, the one thing I most require is rest. The room was very inviting for relaxation. The pillows were great for sleeping. The linen smelled fresh and had enough counts for comfort. The king size bed allowed my husband the extra length he required. It also allowed us to room to enjoy a good nights sleep.

The service in the rest. Sunday morning was slow due to the staff being overwhelmed by a lot of guests appearing fairly rapidly.

Pleasant staff but they didn't know a thing about customer service

A number of people were checking in simultaneously and the desk clerks assigned two of us to the same room. I got there first and was standing in the middle of the room in my underwear when the door swung open and in came the bellhop with the other party. We were all mortified. The desk made it up to the other family, they told me later, by giving them coupons for free wine, but no one so much as apologized to me, and to add insult to indignity, they wiped clean both sets of keys, so the other family couldn't get into the room - but neither could I. Also, they charged me for a breakfast that was supposed to be free, which I didn't realize till checking out - and then told me it was too late to correct because I'd already paid for it. The staff was quite pleasant - they just didn't seem to know anything about customer service. I was there to attend a funeral, and it made a hard time harder. I will say that the room was quite nice, sparkling clean and very comfortable.
