I have stayed at many hotels across the US. The staff at this hotel was good. But I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. We had to put towels on the carpet because it was really sticky. It really needed to be shampooed. We had no sheets in the closet for the sofa bed. I had to go to the front desk and ask for them. The tub was dripping water (not a big concern to me) but a waste of water for the hotel. After housekeeping came in the bathroom floor was sticky (it wasn't that way before she Cleaned). The carpet was not cleaned. I have stayed a 2 star hotels which were definitely much nicer & cleaner, and more for your money.
The restaurant in the hotel was nice and the food was really good.

We have been coming to Ft Myers one weekend each month for the past 6 months and have had several different rooms at Crowne Plaza. Each room has been very clean and comfortable. Above that, the service is excellent. The Front Desk has always gone beyond our expectations to meet any request we had. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

I highly recommend the Crowne Plaza, Fort Meyers. Our room had a nice view of the great pool area, and even the buffet breakfast was great.

The house, despite its age offers a good service, clean rooms and is positioned in a quiet and nice surrounding.
But Wifi was the slowest I have seen in my holidays in Florida. Here the management should improve a little.
But seen generally out of a selection of five other hotels, CP Fort Myers was the best of all.

Only minutes from the airport, shopping, restaurants, beaches and golf courses. "Shoeless Joe's" is a good place to catch a game on tv while enjoying some food and refreshments.
Nice pool area.

I stayed at the Crowne for a wedding in March. The customer service I received was beyond excellent. Initially Tim assisted in gathering our plethora of items out of our car and brought them to our rooms. He was a HUGE help to us gals! In addition to that Dharchana went above and beyond your average expected costomer service and provided me with a lovely box of tea from his home country, after we had a lengthy conversation about hot tea drinking. The front desk clerks were also helpful when I lost all my room keys and had a complication with my bill at the end of my stay. I would reccommend this hotel to everyone! Great!
