Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by very nice hotel Loved the shuttle to and from disneyland, very convenient. Clean and spacious room Nice big pool and hot tub Friendly staff May 21, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Superb staff and location! Easy access to Disneyland On checking in, the front desk staff was extremely accommodating and upgraded our room. They even went the extra mile and placed our family friends in the adjoining room without us asking when they realized we were checking in together. Picking the Crowne Plaza was a great idea and made our stay at Disneyland extremely enjoyable. Super shuttle service too!! May 11, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Dissapointing I started my stay on a Friday evening. I was booked in a room close to the elevator. The first night, after being jet lagged and exhausted, I found it hard to sleep because of all of the middle and high school kids running up and down the halls screaming. Since I was close to the elevator and the floors were marble or tile, the echo and noise level was incredible. I also work up to my room being extremely hot because the air conditioner didn't work. At about 11:30 pm, I called the front desk and they did come quiet the kids down and send an engineer to tell me that the air conditioning was out but they would get me a fan. Since the hotel was full, they couldn't switch my room. The next morning I went to the front desk and talked with a manager who told me they would be happy to move my room away from the elevator in the afternoon after people had checked out. I came back in the afternoon and let them know I was ready to switch. The manager told me the room wouldn't be ready for a while so I went to grab something to eat. When I returned all of my luggage was gone from my room. I was never told they would be taking my luggage or else I would have packed. I returned to the front desk and found out that they had assigned me a new room on the other hall but still next to the elevator. After talking with several managers, everything was straightened out and they offered me $50 off one night which seemed fairly unacceptable to me since I had spent a night in Southern California in a loud, hot, unairconditioned room. I was told the general manager would call me, and that never happened either. They are just bad with follow up. In addition, the restaurant/bar was terribly staffed. The few times I went there, other customers and I waited more than 15 minutes before someone finally wandered into the kitchen to find a staff member to help us. It was completely unacceptable. The hotel is up to date (with the exception of WiFi in the guest rooms) and nice but the staff and service leaves a whole lot to be desired especially at a Crowne Plaza. May 6, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Place to stay This Place is one of the best in Anaheim or Garden Grove, the staff is very friendly and the place is just one of the best hotels around! And the location is really great, places to eat and drink and just relax. Just can't beat it.. April 23, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Should have Stayed at the Competitor's Place We were very dissatisfied with the 1 night visit in the King room. We arrived by car at 4PM (check-in time) to find the hotel arrival entry clogged with two stretch limos, precluding baggage unloading. We were invited to self park behind hotel in a full parking lot. There was no easy access to hotel front without walking around the outside of the hotel with all the luggage. No luggage carts were offered or provided. Once inside the hotel, the check-in was efficient and handled with professionalism. The initial impression of the room was "fair" due to room size, however it did not have sufficient furniture for comfort, ie no couch or comfort chair(s). The room was provisioned for 1 guest in spite of my two guest reservation. The room contained 1 versus two suitcase holders, coffee provision for one guest not two, coffee condiments (creamer) for one guest not two. We departed the room for dinner and returned to find the bathroom locked with no key to unlock the bathroom. Why would anyone install a key lock on the bathroom without providing the guest with the key? In spite of our urgent need to use the bathroom, we waited for the service personnel to respond to our call to unlock the bathroom. Meanwhile, the phone message light was flashing. The instructions on the phone directed the guest to press the red light to retrieve the message. That didn't work. No printed instructions were provided in the room, on the use of the phone messaging system or how to retrieve phone messages. When the service person arrived to unlock the bathroom, they assisted in retrieving messages by dialing "three numbers then three zeros and something else". Asked if that instruction was provided some where in the room and got the "No . . . . why do you ask, response". I was charged a $14 Resort Fee on top of the normal room rate in spite of the sub-par provisions. This was definitely not "Resort" accommodations, but I was billed that way. I got a "Take a Moment" - Valued Priority Club member letter from the General Manager on check in, but I did not receive a printed or electronic invitation to provide feedback on my stay. I probably would have used the more discrete method, if offered, rather than providing my guest experience in this venue. I was extremely surprised and dissatisfied with my guest experience. I decided to stay at another location for my second weekend night. This is my first negative feedback for the IHG hotels I have stayed at. I suggest corrective action and priority club reward adjustment. April 22, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The Perfect Place To Stay We stayed at the Crowne Plaza during our vacation and were treated like royalty. The staff could not have been more friendly and efficient. Everyone at the Front Desk, the restaurant, and even the housekeepers, always had a smile for us and genuinely wanted to make sure we were happy. We will not stay anywhere else whenever we return to visit. April 19, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Customer Service We stayed at the Crowne Plaza for six nights. Our room was great, very comfortable, get size for the money. It was located in a great location with several dining options. It was across the street for a Target that came in handy. My only gripe would be not having a microwave or refrigerator. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. April 16, 2013
