It was the first time I returned to this hotel after they had finished their guest room renovations. What a differnce, congratulations. Very modern designed rooms with a smooth bathroom, easy and quick free wifi connexion. The quality of the bed is exceptionnal, I am a light sleeper, but woke not up before the next morning. Also the new lobby, bar and restaurant are really inviting, very trendy and the food was delicious. You could feel the staff is again very motivated to serve this perfect refurbished hotel, everybody is smiling and helpfull. I will definitively return to this hotel, next time I go to Geneva.

I am a regular visitor to the Crowne Plaza Geneva- staying on average six times per month. Last week, for the first time I used their conference facilities to host a meeting -NEVER AGAIN.
I had checked out the facilities before hand so new what to expect but throughout my meetings there was constant interruptions and significant noise from the local builders. I brought this to the conference management on FIVE separate occasions and they were unable or unprepared to help. Based on my experience I would certainly recommend not using this hotel. I am a gold member of the IHG group therefore feel very disappointed at the level of service and care from this hotel.

I always like and live in crown plaza whenever possible. Beds are always soft and drive you very easy to fall into sleep.
Tidy and clean design in Geneva hotel though not king size as it's image in China, you still feel so luxury when staying in room.
Food and service is excellent.

The hotel is almost at the end of the renovation phase, the lobby is almost done (you don't hear any noise) all the rooms has been refurbished, the hotel is about 2 minutes from the airport (by using their free shuttle bus), 20 minutes from the city, but what I find exceptional in this hotel is the staff. From the check in until the departure the whole staff was doing their best in order deliver a good service. Credits to the front desk staff, they went beyond my expectations and I encourage them to continue doing a great job!
I will definitely use again this hotel when I come back to Geneva.

Nothing can detract from Crowne Plaza's location 5 min cab from the airport - and they even throw in a courtesy shuttle bus to make it easier. But their ongoing renovations make it a nerve wracking experience getting from the shuttle bus to your room; I arrived to find all the usual doors boarded up and found the temporary entrance only after seeing someone else find the half-hidden fresh-cut wooden door. There were no signs directing you downstairs to reception and I again had to rely on stalking fellow hotel guests to find my way through the tarpaulin and builiding materials. The reception staff were impeccable but, sadly, after a good night's sleep I found the breakfast staff to be unhelpful - after requesting the quick breakfast I was unable to upgrade to get an orange juice. Laughable now but almost got me angry at the time.
Let's hope the Royale Plaza complete their renovation soon, invest in someone to guide guests to reception & retrain their breakfast staff. Otherwise I'll be investing in longer taxi trips from the airport.
