This hotel has the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on in a hotel. The restaurant is wonderful and I would recommend trying the spinach and goat cheese benedict, SO YUMMY! They also have a deal with a cab company to take you to downtown Chicago and bring you back for a flat rate (saving you about $70.00 round trip). Also try the Mexican food restaurant just up the street (forgot the name) but they are very delicious! The staff at this location are very polite and willing to help in anyway they can and it's a bonus that they have beer/wine and appetizers in the lobby every late afternoon. I will stay there again and would recommend it to everyone headed in that direction.

We recently had our wedding ceremony and reception at the CP-Lombard Downers Grove. We had a reasonably complicated set of events due to the large number of people traveling from long distances and we couldn't be happier with the way the CP staff handled things. From the first days of booking the wedding to the day-of, we had an outstanding experience.
Our guests raved about the wedding food as well as the cuisine at the Glen Prairie. The chef was very accommodating, making several dishes that they don't normally have on the banquet menu (all of which were phenomenal). Sara and the rest of the events staff were on top of things and made sure our day was headache free.

Staff very professional and accomodating. Lunches provided to our team were of excellent quality. Food served at proper temperatures. Nice selection and staff kept product rotated. Beds were outstanding. Overall cleanliness was good.
Recomend this location highly.

My stay was very relaxing. The hotel is located close to the highway for easy access to the city. The restaurant on the premises was delicious. The pool area was absolutely relaxing and beautiful, but there is no hot tub/jacuzzi. The addition of this feature would be lovely. The price was reasonable, especially since there is no breakfast provided. Overall, a great experience!

I stayed at the Westin before and now that I have been to the Crowne hello.... The hotel makes you feel like one of the family and the restaurant is a road warriors treat. If you have a cleanliness problem - no worries here, its spotless!!!

The staff from check-in to room service to conference accommodations to check-out were warm, friendly and efficient. They employ several eco-friendly practices such as providing a bag for recyclables, filtered water and cups (vs. bottled water), the option to re-use your towels, etc. Room Service/in-house restaurant offered very palatable meal with elegant presentation. Many little extras added a special, caring touch - a basket of nice, tasty apples at the check-in desk, a homemade cookie in the room and a small packet of products to help you relax (foot lotion, facial product and mist). My room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Our conference accommodations were also very good from the service from the staff to the presentation and taste of the food. This location was very easy to find right off of toll road 355 and parking was plentiful.
