We were meet by very friendly and helpful staff, and this continued thru out our stay. Very clean rooms, and everyday everything was restocked to the fullest. They were professional, friendly, and most accommodating for all of the tennis players during our recent stay for the USTA State tennis tournament. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I'm a particular person, so cleanliness is important to me. Loved the aroma-therapy treatment. Nice touch. June 5, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very Quiet, very restful My stay at the Crowne Plaza in Greenville SC was just what I needed after participating in the Greenville Highland Games. I had spent all day on my feet and I needed a comfortable bed, and a quiet place to be. I was really astonished that there were no doors slamming, no children calling in the halls, no noise that I could discern at all. My only concern was a pillow that was too fluffy. I ended up sleeping without one. I can imagine how spoiled that sounds but I have arthritis and it is sometimes better to sleep in the one position that does not hurt than sleep in a position that will make me stiff and unable to move well the next day. I did enjoy my stay. Most of the time the only purpose of a hotel is for sleep when we are working these Games: and the highest compliment I can pay one is that I slept like i was at home. Hotel personnel were pleasant, caring and able to provide assistance to visitors to make their stay comfortable and memorable. The service was great. In the last several visits, both elevator doors make a most horrible noise when opening/closing. While the elevators appear perfectly safe and functional, the horrible noise made by the doors on both elevators is very disconcerting to your guests. June 2, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Bad experience *Bed was very uncomfortable. *Closet setup was odd and cumbersome. *Room was very small making moving around in it difficult. *Although we made our reservation over a month prior to our stay indicating 4 adults would be in the room, the hotel only originally provided 3 towels, and one set of toiletries. *The sleeper sofa was TINY - not full size *Elevators are rickety! *When you check out, you will pay $55.00 extra "just in case you incurred extra charges" May 26, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Everything was wonderful except 1 design element The room was beautiful and clean. Customer service was excellent in all areas. I just did not like the design of the closet. It had a pull out rod instead of a regular horizontal hanging bar. It was difficult to get the hangers on and off the rack and I was not able to hang all of my clothes. I've never had that problem before even in a cheap hotel. But......great customer service - when I asked if there was a room available with a normal rod for my next stay - the clerk said there weren't any rooms with a horizontal rod, but they would get me a rack that I could use.... You can't ask for more. I loved it! Room service was great. Food was more than delicious. May 22, 2014

This has become one of my favorite hotel stops because of the recent hotel upgrades and restoations, the new bar, and the friendly staff. This hotel offers so many amenities for a traveller. I highly recommend this property. If you stay here once I am sure you will want to come back and I gaurantee Kristy at the Front Desk wll rememeber you and give you a hearty welcome and a warm smile. We look forward to our lovely stay at the Crown Plaza as if it were a holiday in a 5 star hotel! The front desk staff is always very friendly and professional. How do they remember all the guests by name is beyond us! We love staying on the "Quiet Floor" and feel that it is a privilege to stay in such a beautiful hotel! March 28, 2014

Las instalaciones estan muy lindas, el hotel esta muy bien ubicado, el personal muy agradable, la habitación limpia y la cama muy comoda. El único comentario de mejora que tengo, es que un día tuve que bañarme con agua fria y al preguntar a mis demás compañeros, fue un problema general. Fuera de eso, el hotel es muy recomendable. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very clean and comfortable. My husband and I stayed at this Crown Plaza for six days during their remodeling. The new mattresses are incredibly comfortable. All of the hotel was being kept clean even with the construction. There is plenty of light in the bedroom but could use some brighter lights around the bathroom mirror. The AC kept our room plenty cold and the top floor is a quiet zone. Really Fantastic! Coffee in the lobby early every morning was very nice. No one told us about the breakfast buffet until our last morning when we decided to eat breakfast in the restaurant. We did eat at Ruth's Chris the first night for a birthday celebration and it was wonderful. We used the fitness room a few times and the pool once. Everything is kept in very good shape. We will definitely be staying here again when in Greenville. November 23, 2013

The hotel is renovation is amazing, this is definitely a nice Crowne Plaza. We had desert at the bar and a couple of great french press coffees. The rooms are super nice with modern finishes. The bed linens were brand new, mattress was great! All in all it was a 5 star short trip for us. We will be back for sure and I highly recommend to others! Can't say enough about how great ALL the staff members were from the front desk to the crew that worked our party. One day housekeeping failed to leave amenities wich resulted in a good! However when this was called to the staff's attention it was quickly, efficiently resolved with apologies and friendliness. The rooms were exceptional, and the transformation of the bar area was magically finished by the night before the reception. The service at the Crowne Plaza was the best, and we found any request answered immediately. We especially commend Cynthia at the front desk. She is the one every hotel would want in that position--very friendly, kind, and caring! And, yes, the beds were exceptional. November 3, 2013

We stayed in a newly renovated room and it was very comfortable. The desk chair was terrific. Loved all the unique amenities for guests including shoe cloth, aroma therapy for the room, body gel for the shower, etc. And real glasses and coffee cups!!! Would like to return when pool is filled and lobby is finished. October 15, 2013
