對於這次入住的評價是具水準的,
首先酒店的接駁車很準時,車廂也整潔,到達酒店門口已有員工歡迎我們,櫃檯雖然已有人龍在等侯check in,但接待員動作敏捷,輪侯時間不算久便完成check in,當中講解都算清晰。房間大致清潔齊全,但一些地方仍有灰塵,備品也算整。歡迎水果也很豐富,但餐刀卻不夠鋒利,連果皮都削不了。入住當天酒店多處都在進行維修,但不算嘈吵,但影響泳池景觀!本身打算借用單車,但明明有五部單車在,但職員解說是全部已借出,這些是留待酒店高層隨時備用的,雖然回答令人無奈,但職員態度有禮誠懇,所以唯有接受。行政走廊的環境不錯,設備完善,準備的酒水也很多元化,享用的食物雖然款式選擇少,但質量不錯,職員都親切有禮,主動詢問要否添加飲料!早餐選擇尚可,最驚喜有韓式拌飯,有新鮮搾的果汁,但自助蔬菜沙拉款式太少!我們是一家大細去的,當天也有很多家庭入住,酒店空間大,房間隔音不錯,就算有小童玩耍都不太阻礙其他住客,距市中心雖一段車程,但有接駁車供住客,周邊也有大型商場和多間食肆,總括來說很推介入住和渡假!

酒店很好,对广州的印象很好,很赞,如果再次出行的话还是愿意选择这个酒店,只不过离主城区有些距离,不过正因为如此,周边的环境特别好

Great staff and overall atmosphere

The hotel as very spacious rooms with all comforts. Beds are good although a bit soft for me.
The gym is well equipped and pool area is one of the best I have seen in GZ. Showers in pool are are a bit worn out and the Sauna stove needs more rocks inside.
There are also good running paths in near proximity of hotel.

采光一流的大堂,安静的可以听到鸟鸣的带阳台的房间,恒温游泳池都是吸引我们家多次来这里的原因。对白金会员待遇与大多数CP一样,升一级,希望能推出多些的针对会员的服务。09年第一次住翡翠,距现在6年,看着酒店硬件慢慢变旧,希望酒店能将木质结构部分进行翻新,游泳池的更衣室狭小,里面柜子和椅子档次太低,被很多会员诟病,希望能改善。酒店服务水准这么多年来保持稳定值得一赞,但这次入住的第二天在行政酒廊冰箱取一支水打算带去房间喝时被阻止,这个让人不快,我长期将酒廊当作旅途休息重要地点,对酒廊礼节早已习惯并尊重,这次酒廊遭遇虽然没改变我对翡翠cp服务的看法,但即使规则是任何食物不能带出酒廊之外,我相信大部分酒店的酒廊在这种时候会选择不让客人尴尬。
