I had the good fortune to visit China many times on business and this is the best hotel I have stayed. The rooms are clean and modern, the choice of food caters for western and Asian tastes and the staff are so helpful. I brought clients as we were visiting the Canton fair and the shuttle bus and attention to detail were exemplary. The hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle bus to the airport...what more could you want? This is my choice for future visits to the Canton Fair with clients.

offer free bus from Guangzhou airport. stuff are very nice and inform you necessory item. Offer welcome drink. (I'm hurry up catch bus to airport and forget it) . in short, everyting is perfect. i will choice again if i transfer in Guangzhou.

My wife and I had flown from Britain with our two youngest children and arrived very tired after an overnight flight so we greatly appreciated the service offered by this hotel, with its airport shuttle bus service and the extremely helpful staff. We all thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool - nice and warm! - and the general ambiance of the hotel. The staff also helped us with sending on some of our luggage as parcels within China, which was cheaper than paying for excess baggage on the internal flight, where our allowance was less than for the international flight! Generally we were delighted with the service and the friendly, helpful staff and could find no fault in any way.
We especially appreciated one of the staff at the front desk whose Chinese surname was 区 (Ou) and who went out of her way to help us in various ways.

Staff wew very helpful. The bed was big and very comfortable . This hotel provides free airport drop off, which is really convenient, as we have to take an early flight next day morning. We also tried the sauna and gym which are free to all customers.
Overall, great experience. We will come back.

I HAD AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE DURING MY STAY. THE HOTEL IS CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT AND THEY HAVE A SHUTTLE WHICH IS EASY. THE STAFF WAS EXCEPTIONALLY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. BEAUTIFUL FACILITY AND GREAT POOL WITH RELAXING LANDSCAPING. I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN.
NOTE .... BE WARY OF THE AIRPORT TAXI DRIVERS. I DID NOT KNOW THERE WAS A HOTEL SHUTTLE, SO I TOOK A CAB TO THE HOTEL WHEN I ARRIVED AT THE AIRPORT. PUT MY LUGGAGE IN THE TRUNK, THEN THE DRIVER TOLD ME UPON LEAVING THE AIRPORT HE DID NOT KNOW WHERE THE HOTEL WAS EVEN THOUGH I HAD THE ADDRESS WRITTEN IN CHINESE FOR HIM. HE WAS ABOUT TO RUN ME AROUND GUANGZHOU ... SO I TELEPHONED THE HOTEL ON MY CELL AND THE FRONT DESK STAFF DIRECTED HIM IN.

The Carsberg beer in the bar was excellent, served with a smile. The pregnant bar woman was very attentive and helpfull. Food at their cafe was also very good. We tried mutton curry, tasty, a bit too spicy. Room was spacious and clean. There is a free shuttle to/from the airport.

The grounds are very well kept and the gym has everything you need for a good workout in a comfortable setting. Quite rooms with custom pillow preference and extra soft sheets. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to all my needs. Free shuttle bus that is clean and on a timely schedule. Room service is quick and efficient even on busy summer weekends.

It might be called an Airport Hotel... but I still had to wait for close to an hour to get a pick-up at a time when trafic can't be blamed : 11:30 pm.
After that wait, a hotel staff member came to pick me up with a taxi he hired (no safety belts in...). The receipt I got was for 115... but I never got the change on my 200 RMB ... I was told the taxi driver had no change ! I might have been jet-lagged but not completely dumb...
Apart from that, the hotel was really nice and the staff helpful and pleasant... A pity to ruin it all in the first hour of the stay.

The staff of reception desk was unfriendly, didn't welcome as member and what was worse i had to rush on my work and reach the hotel before 19 otherwise they were give away my room also if i had reservation. They increased the prices comparing with all other time i ve been before and were not able to justify! i asked to speack with the manager but never came back to me, when check out i asked again to talk with manager and again no way, i left my namecard asking to contact me but never came back!!
overall the hotel is good, but the staff no, i also really didn t like at restaurant waitress are too much invasive and don t staying over you waiting to take immediatly the dish while you' re eating...

I stayed already 8 times in this hotel and price and service ist okay,
My experiences special on the frontdesk are perfect. The staff, special in the night try there best to make the check in as fast as possible. The only part I dislike is the morning breakfast, since beginning from my first stay everytime it is very complicated for the cooks to provide me boiled eggs in a way I want. I really don't understand what is so difficult to make 6 minutes eggs there. I do it at home by myself and better don't sing, it seems not difficult.
Convinient is the stay however the eggs, I never get in a shape I want, close to the airport and the hotel is very new.
Sometime the have in the bar some singers, they better don't sing.
It is better when the hire people they are real singer and not some
karaokee hobby singer from somewhere.

the staff knew very little English and the little they knew the provided bad service, it seemed as if they don't care at all about their guests including the assistant manager, will never stay here again, should lose the crowne plaza brand.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Chinese New Year's begin and end
We stayed at the Crown Plaza Huadu the day before and just after Chinese New Year. This due it's convenient for us to meet there friends from Hong Kong, Huadu and us from Shanghai.
Know this hotel from it's start, and it's the best value there is.
Even the suites we've got the first day, were normally booked for the last day, did they do their best to give us the same room. Unfortunately, the person who has booked it, let this know too late to the hotel, so we stayed in a normal room.
Anyhow, even this room was spacious and more than satisfied for us.
Little remark: most dishes at breakfast should be warmer, overal good choice and nice coffee.

I was a little concerned about being alone on New Year's Eve, but it was a marvelous time that I will remember fondly. If I ever have to stay in Guangzhou again I will definitely plan on staying with you. Thank you so much for everything.

The day I stayed in the hotel is a Saturday and happen to be a Chinese traditional festival. I spent the lonely evening at the lobby club. The smiling waitress served me a bowl of hot dumplings and a welcome fruit drink while the music risen. Although the singing skill of the singer is not so well, the music she played is fantastic. It is indeed a pleasant stay. By the way, the other services of holiday style are consistently wonderful.

I stayed here for two occassions in one week.
I arrived from the airport in their shuttle bus. Just a note for international arrivals, you need to leave the international terminal and go under the road to the termainal on the other side. Find gate 30 and there is where the bus meets you.
Other than ringing the hotel, I had no way of knowing where the shuttle bus collected passengers from.
The hotel is large and airy, and being an ambassador member I did feel well looked after.
The room was exellant and had everything a business traveller could ask for. The bed was large and comfortable, and decent quiet airconditioning made the environment very pleasant.
The batthroom had pleanty of room to put toiletries around and could not be faulted.
The service by all members of staff was quick and curtious. I never felt as if anything was too much trouble.
Admittedly I only managed to have breakfast in the hotel, but the buffet had pleanty on offer for all tastes. however just a personal thing, I prefer my bacon less crispy!
The only issue i had with the hotel was when i left i was waiting for the free shuttle bus, and was there in plenty of time and "booked" my space as requested. I could not see where it was nor was I told where to meet it. In short I missed it and therfore had to get a taxi to the airport, other wise I would have ben late for my flight.

I have a problem with the 500.RMB deposit taken from my VisaCard. Uptill today 1st of December 2012, it has not been refunded back to my account. Please look in to this urgently so it will encourage me to come back to your hotel.

If only this hotel is located in a commercial district in Huadu, then this is a perfect choice for guests who want to stay close to the Baiyun airport in Guangzhou, it is neither close to the subway station which is about 15 minutes away.
I arrived at the airport and found out after calling the Hotel that the next free shuttle will be 2 hours later even though i have informed the reservations of my ETA and flight number, there were no acknowledgment too from the Hotel, as the Hotel clearly stated they do provide free shuttle to and fro from the airport.
The check-in was smooth and they do require a deposit authorization from my credit card.
Room was comfortable and everything you would need from a 5 star hotel is there for you in the room. The buffet breakfast was excellent and have a good selection.
This hotel is relatively new, and i would recommend guests who wants to fly out early in the morning to stay, the nearest commercial centre in Huadu is about 15 minutes away, so there is nothing much to do around the hotel.

Great hotel, great food.
There is really not much negative to say about this hotel.
The only thing I found somewhat uncomfortable was the bed covers. Simply too warm. Cooling down the room, (the first think I do when entering the room) provided a relative comfortable environment, but the bed covers at night was simply too warm for me. When I travel, especially to Asia, I often take the duvet out of the linen sheets and sleep under the sheets itself. It would be nice if the hotel provided a thinner cover especially in the warmer climates.
Other than that, great people, great service and I would recommend this hotel.

The stay is good for short term visitors. Had good experience in the begining later it was disappointing when i got hair in my breakfast and staff was just smiling and doing nothing on the contrary one was asking me what to do and on second instance i got mosquito in my room the room service was not adequete they use to do the service when do not disturb tag was on the door and sometimes did not do when told to do i have to ask for some things more than one times which was very strange. Teh property is good but management need a lot to improve
