My first trip to India, I wasn't sure what to expect. These rooms were excellent. Far above my expectations. Food and restaurant also far exceeded my expectations. Staff is very polite and helpful. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Comfortable room
Good service especially excellent at the front desk and at the left luggage
I did not like the fact I had to pay for Wifi( I was in presidential room)
When I wanted to pay in dollars at the bar I was it was not possible, I went to the front desk to change money and I was followed by the barman as if I was a thief!!!!. BAD FEELING

My recent stay with Crown Plaza Gurgaon was really nice. The staffs are very friendly and welcoming. The food in Cafe G was lovely, selections and varieties they offered was amazing. I ended up with room service dinner most evenings and i enjoyed it too but the Indian Thali that i ordered one night was well presented but did not taste that great.
Luckily was there during festival of colour and enjoyed the celebration organised by the Hotel. the swimming pool which was closed during my first stay was open and it was nice and clean.
it was really good to have my Car Ready whenever i wanted, and the drivers were never late on pickup too.
My overall experience was really wonderful and must thank all the staffs specially Shikha, Anjali who were so approachable and helpful. Also Ankita, Goma, Sandhya, Pawan, Shanky, Kuljinder, Abhisek who made my stay so comfortable and pleasant including many others whose names are not on top of my head now.

This was my 1st trip to India which included a 7 day stay for business. My expectations were not very high from stories I had been given prior to my trip. The hotel met all of my needs and more. It was extremely clean with staff always working to make it better. My interaction with all of the staff was of the highest quality and results driven. My luggage was lost in travels for 4 days, each of those days the staff updated me on what they were able to find in speaking with the airlines. My birthday fell during the 2nd day of the trip and the hotel was amazing. They provided me with an awesome cake, flowers and photo's. Wow I never expected that. The fitness room was clean, well supplied with various devices and the temperture was excellent for exercising. Meals were very good. To note an area for improvement I would say another resturant would be in order. Staying at the hotel did not leave many options outside of the property without taxi so we stayed in most nights. Two resturants to choose from is a bit limited but not all that bad.
I will look forward to my next visit and plan on staying at the Crowne Plaze again.

Relay enjoyed my week staying in this hotel.
Room is big and clean , Stuff are very friendly and were always helpful.
Breakfast was good and with a lot to chose from.
Swimming pool was cleaned and refreshing.

Great hotel and fantastic service team. As someone who spends 100+ nights in hotels globally I rate Crown Gurgaon as one of my absolute favourites.

I was at this location for 12 days in March 2013. Overall the stay was very nice with no major problems.
Pros: Very close to an area with a grocery store and several restaurants. Hotel is clean and new and staff is very helpful.
Pro: Very friendly place - security seems reasonable. Was offered many times for any custom meal for dinner.
Cons: Really only one restaurant there cafe-G, there is a Brazilian restaurant but who would eat beef in a country that doesn't even grow beef and I never saw anyone go there. Too bad it is not an Italian or Asian place.
Sometimes when trying to order a taxi in the morning you can be told it will take an hour or so and they try to upsell you to use a hotel car which is 4 times the cost. Huge negative on their part.
Internet access is not always consistent and you are required to login so many times you will go crazy. First your cell phone, then your laptop, then your tablet and it happens every 24 hours. 2 devices can't be logged in at the same time so if you are using your laptop you can use your cell phone.
Gym was small but VERY HOT - you sweat just standing there.
One time at dinner was given a water bottle that was already open and literally filled to the top of the lid. Very noticeable and unsafe.
