this is my second stay at crowne plaza gurgaon. i am happy to be the guest of this hotel and will be happy to return.

I stayed here for 2 nights and found the hotel great. The staff and service is commendable. Don't miss the wildfire restaurant where the chef will serve you meat at your table straight from the Tandoor- great experience. The breakfast was so nicely spread out. I was getting late for a meeting and the manager poured my tea in a cup to have it in the car- good presence of mind. I will come back here again.

When I took my luggage, I found the driver was waiting for me, then verified my name and reservation code he took me to the hotel directly. From my plane landed to my enter the room, it took 70 minutes, it's really unbelievable for their high efficiency!
If there are Chinese foods in the hotel, it will be really amazing!

When I check out the hotel, they have over charged me for additional guest which already checked out earlier but hotel reception told me there is no need to record that and I will not be charged for the 2nd person's stay. After lengthy discussion the hotel then take out additional wrong charges for 2nd/3rd day stay while still charge me additional for the 1st day.
Book a car 1 day earlier before the travel, and it's not there at time in the morning. Delayed my meeting for 30min as have to wait to get a car.

On arrival were told we would be staying at a different hotel and to be shipped off as the HOTEL was full and some guests had suffered food poisoning, and the rooms set aside for us were not available.
I had been traveling for over 22 hours, very tired and had an early morning flight - BY THE WAY we missed, as the taxi could not find the alternate hotel and we were late getting to the airport - a full day massed up and possible loss of business.
On the original booking there was no coutresy call to dvise of the situation - - My information was on the system!
IF we had been we could have readjusted our travel to the alternate hotel -
WE WERE GIVEN NO compenastion, it appeared to the staff it was an unavoidable mistake, nothing to do with tehm or the hotel-
THERE IS NEVER AN UNAVOIDABLE MISTAKE _ it was the lack of communication and attitude that made me frustrated,
This is a hotel I shal not use at any time in the future -

Hello Crowne Plaza,
This was my first long term stay at a hotel and I enjoyed the experience. It enabled me to be comfortable with the accomodation and with the staff. I would like to thank everyone for a their friendly and professional attitude. The service was very very good, especially in the restaurant and front desks, and the room service staff. The room I occupied was very comfortable and I had good rests every night. The Hotel has great diversity and the Club lounge and spa are also very welcoming. I hope I may be able to return.

I think the hotel staff needs a lot of training from the front desk to Managment level. Do don't understand the value of platuim members and were not truthfull in dealing with me.

Excellent hotel which I have used before, but this time they surpassed themselves! Smooth pick up at the airport even though it was late at night.
Only disappointment was that the club lounge was more or less closed as it was 22:30hrs when I got there, but they gave me a voucher for a complimentary drink from the lounge bar.

The room was spacious and comfortable, the food was varied and very tasty, the pool is a wonderful size for swimming lengths, the gym had up to date and clean equipment, and the staff was gracious and welcoming. One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. It would help if breakfast started a bit earlier though.

Me and my colleagues visit Crowne Plaza gurgaon from Japan on a regular basis.
In my experience of travelling extensively in Asia for work, I have found that Japanese service industry is unmatched in its dedication and gives 100% customer satisfaction. Japan is the platinum standard in terms of sense of service to the customer.
However, me and my Japanese colleagues feel that Crowne plaza gurgaon matches up to their expectation and feels like a oasis in the desert. The service levels from the mid management level to the bell boy level is unmatched in Indian hotel industry.
As I said, me and my colleagues are heavy travellers and have a very high standard for service expectation and to be able to match it in India is praiseworthy.
We plan to continue using it for our future travel in this region.

I can not say enough good things about the Crowne Plaza Gurgaon in this small box. I will tell you it is the best hotel experience I've ever had. The property is beautiful. The staff is very courteous, attentive, and efficient. Thank you thank you to everyone at CP!
And a special thanks for my birthday surprise. The hotel had a chocolate cake and a dozen roses waiting for me on my birthday. That was above and beyond anything I could have expected.
The room and amenities were very clean, modern, and welcoming. I felt incredibly safe in the hotel. The security was top notch, while also being as unobtrusive as possible. The breakfast bar was spectacular, with a varied selection. Room service was always prompt and delicious. Our room steward took wonderful care of us.
FYI, I used a combination of reward points and cash. I've been very pleased with Priority Club and am sure IHG Rewards will be just as good. I definitely choose these hotels when I am able.

This hotel is conveniently located in Gurgaon near good eateries and business places .Hotel is very clean and inviting ambience.Lobby looks small when you enter to reception area but there is enough space for sitdown meetings at the backside of reception.Rooms are big and digitally controlled.Special thing is that they have room numbers written on floor and not on doors.Not sure the reason though.Breakfast spread is good but service is slow.I had to wait for 15 mins for a simple dosa (Indian Pan cake ) which normally takes 5 mins at any other joint.Fast and free wifi internet access was provided by Hotel to me inclusive in corporate rate we booked.All in all a pleasant stay except one thing,,I booked non smoking room and still the curtains of the room were smelling of smoke..may be from previous occupant of that room.I complained about this at Hotel as well..Hotel needs to segregate the smoking and non smoking rooms to avoid such issues in future.

Back to Crowne Plaza for my second trip to Gurgaon after 5 weeks in October/November 2013, I was very much looking forward for another good stay and I wasn't disappointed.
On my previous stay, I had noticed few ups and downs and I was pleased to see that it had been corrected. Most people working in the hotel were already there last year and all of them recognised me and welcomed me back the instant I arrived. This is really pleasant and adds a real feeling of luxury. I was allocated a quiet room on the 5th floor with full view of the pool. Room was kept immaculate by a very nice gentleman, who would meet me with a great smile, every time I would see him around.
Service had been a little bit patchy in some areas, notably in Cafe G but this time it was really good all over and nothing was too much to ask. Food is as always the abolute gem of the hotel. Breakfast is superb but the buffet is beautiful as is all the "A la carte" dishes.
Wildfire restaurant was a great moment again with the superb array of meats and the smile and kindness of the Brazilian chef.
I will only mention one thing that is a let down for me. The hotel is a preferred location locally for corporate events and weddings. Smaller corporate events are taking sometimes place in Cafe G. In one particular occasion, we had to wait over an hour to get a table ...
I fully appreciate the commercial reasons behind this but I think it shouldn't be at the staying guests' detriment, especially when there's so much space on the first floor and on the other side of the ground floor.
All in all, another superb visit, another great 2 weeks, where I was spoilt and pampered by lovely people who really know how to please their customers.

1. The free WIFI access is somehow confused.
(no option for free when log-in)
2. Noise isolation between rooms.
( I ever heard something a bit from neighbour when they spoke loudly and I seated beside the desk near the window.)
3. Breakfast is good but the food nearly no change every morning.

Very poor front desk behaviour makes me very ungry during check out . Actually hotel facirity is very good . Restaurant also very nice . Until check out I was so happy to stay this hotel and I wanted to frequently use this hotel . I'm almost to recomend to otheres . But the behaviour of front desk lady during check out , killed all such good image . To save me from such kind of bad feeling again , I don't want to use this hotel anymore .

I am very happy with my stay specially with the staff behavior.
The only thing that could have made it at par with the international experience I have at the best hotels is a complimentary breakfast. And the breakfast ended sharply at 10:30...anybody would assume that a sunday brunch would last longer!
This point really bothered us.
Otherwise a very pleasant stay.

The hotel is very convineintly located just off the highway and walking distance to a lot of restaurants in Sector 29. Especially for long stays if one is bored of the food at the hotel then the options are very many.
