Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by wrong choice I wanted to have one night stay in Haifa. Friday evening. However as I arrived around 16:00 I understood that the hotel staff are not taking care for people like me. The hotel does not have a valid parking place and they said "Go and find parking space in the area…." (I had to make 20 minutes around the area to find one). In the reception - only one person handle a long queue of checking people (12 minutes to check in). In the breakfast (Saturday morning) I had to wait 15 minutes for available table (for 2 people). Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Crownevplaza a great stay We enjoyed our stay very much.Our room was attractive, with excellent view and extras such as robe and slippers. We enjoyed the use of the lounge which had delicious snacks, newspapers, computers,etc. The staff was very helpful and personable.They arranged for day trips and checked phone numbers for us. The hotel was more than we anticipated in all ways. The breakfasts and lunches were ample and delicious. Crowne Plaza will be our go-to hotel whenever we are in a city with one of its hotels. The breakfast buffet was terrific and we enjoyed dinner twice in the restaurant. We highly recommend this hotel. March 20, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful Hotel Great hotel, a must when visiting Haifa. The staff was wonderful, the room was very comfortable and quiet. The only issue we had was when we checked in, when we reserved our dinner and lunch reservations in the dining room, the front desk never gave our reservations to the dining room, so we weren't on the dining room's "list:." This was frustrating. But, this was a small issue. The overall experience at this hotel was wonderful, very comfortable and an excellent choice. We would definitely return to this Crowne Plaza.
