Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by comfortable bed. dirty, dirty carpets. only choice of stay in hampton so have to take what you can get. staff was rude, except for the housekeepers who were friendly. tiny and inept bar. restaurants close really early so good luck trying to get a bite to eat or a drink after 8pm. stains on the carpet that I couldn't determine what they were from - walked around in shoes in the room. bathroom was weird- no tub, just grimy tiled shower. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great experience We spent 2 nights in the hotel room with an awesome marina view. My 3 -year-old was amazed at the view. We enjoyed the view and the comfort of the room. It was clean. the only thing is the sink in the bathroom stopped up and the water went out slowly. I am surprised that the housekeepers hadn't said anything to the hotel staff. But overall it was great! August 22, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Better than expected The room was clean, fresh and comfortable. The view was excellent with windows from floor to ceiling that protruded out from the building. We had dinner two nights at the hotel and both meals were very good with no wait and attentive servers. We were very pleased indeed. August 21, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Restaurant Experience We went to the restaurant for breakfast. The waitress took a long time to acknowledge our presence at the table. She had a surly attitude and made us feel like we were an intrusion. We chose not to have the over $12 breakfast buffet and had to ask for menus. The prices and variety on the menu were more appealing. The waitress told us it would take a long time, 30 or more minutes, for our food to arrive. We said goodbye and left. Very disappointing experience. We had eaten there many times since the hotel opened in the eighties, but will not return. August 21, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Place to stay when coming home. Hampton is my home town, I know most of the hotel there and a lot of them need to be renovated. Crowne Point has done a very good job with keeping this property up with modern up to date style. There is really nothing I can complain about. The prices are reasonable. Everything from Guest services to cleaning services was great. The hotel restaurants/lounge are excellent and the variety of food specials on different days great. Took advantage 1.50 ribs on a Thursday. Definitely would recommend to anyone who is looking for a great hotel to stay in during their visit to Hampton. August 20, 2014

The staff is te frienliest and mots customer focused team I have ever experienced at a motel. Great location and retaurants are very good too! August 19, 2014
