Comfortable Bed

Excellent hotel, great stay. Updated rooms on the 9th floor. Only downside is connected rooms have very low noise level.

Needs to say under renovation

Beware that this hotel is under construction and you will need to watch out for beds and large rugs being carried past you. Also your heater may not work properly so double check that and try at least three rooms to find a satisfactory heater. I also recommend to see if your floor is under construction, because you may be awaken at 8am to a loud crew. Also you wont get any upgrades for your inconvenience. So.... if you can handle all of this then this might be your hotel! Otherwise you might consider staying elsewhere. Also the wireless internet went out and I was told that was for all of Hampton by the front desk but then I drove to Starbucks and their internet worked. This place was headache and I was there for business.

Great Stay!!

All 10's!!! I had a minor issue with restaurant but Front desk clerk Opal handled it very professional. She asked me to give the restaurant on more chance with the breakfast and to try the omelet. I did and she was right. Whoever made those omelets get a 10 and Ms. Opal you are "awesome sauce" your personality and professionalism will take you far. I will stay here again in the near future. ALL 10's from me your whole staff is GREAT!!
