Comfortable bed

The bed was comfortable...Staff was pleasant...the air conditioning in my room was really loud so I just cut it off completely,,,we had a rain storm one day and rain came in one widow and the carpet was soaking wet when I returned to my room...it was too late to change rooms for me but they changed my room the next day.

Awful Hotel! - NOT CROWN PLAZA MATERIAL

Where do I even begin to describe this hotel?

Check in - We tried to check in at 630PM and no rooms were ready so the staff tried to put us into a "temporary room". We had a social function on a cruise boat departing at 730. We thought an hour would be plenty of time to catch the boat. Then as we were headed upstairs, they found a room. A handicap room. Not the best situation since neither of us are handicap. We arrived on the floor and the odor was overwhelming! It smelled like a frat house after a week long party. Not pleasant at all. We opened the door to our room and the temperature was set at 52 degrees! Are you kidding me? It was truly a meat locker. Only one key worked on the decrepit old door (lever was installed upside down too). The staff did comp us breakfast...at least the coffee was good.
I just have to end it here and say this property is not up to Crown Plaza standards. Not even close.
