Get It Together

The hotel has so much potential!! Staff need customer service training. Front Desk Staff is the only PLUS. Opel and Stevie are fun and full of energy Sheena the manager need to work in the kitchen where she dont have to speak to anyone. The Dining area need new staff and housekeeping need better attitudes.

*Everyone* at the hotel was super friendly and helpful. Christopher, the breakfast chef, made one of the best omelets I have ever eaten. We will definitely stay here again when we visit the Hampton Area

Plumbing needs upgrading. Shower heads not fully fastened to wall. Crumbly bathroom walls.
