The gardens & ponds are picture-perfect and everything is spotless. The resort has naturally beautiful lakes and mountains. The rooms are large and spacious with outstanding views of the lake complete with swans, geese & ducks. The staff is very courteous and will go out of their way to help you in anyway necessary. The resort has a shuttle bus that will take you to and from West Lake in Hangzhou.
