Great Staff

I always feel like a home away from home at this hotel. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. I would use the restaurant more often if the pricing was lower. The food is good.

Consistency is key

Once again, you failed to recognize and honor a contracted rate. I wonder how many Harsco employees and our guests havent been given there breakfast coupon which is included in our rate. I've been telling everyone at the desk for months that you need to be consistent to win more of my business.

The staff at this location are excellent. They remembered me from a prior visit and were welcoming and accomodating. The valet staff was great at getting my car in and out with extreme cold weather.

Don't do it

This place was a mess from the start. My room was paid for by my company, I gave them my card for room charges. I mmediately got charged $1284, which got fixed. Only to return home, and 2 days Peter got charged $984. Called said they would take care of it. 2 days later I got charged another $984, on my debit. card. I was supposed to pay zero. Now I'm negative in my account, $1900. Spoke 4 times, they don't have a clue. Nobody. Calls me back, o charge reversal yet. 4 days in, the absolute worst.
Rooms are loud, got a great fire alarm Sunday night about 10, and bar drinks are overpriced. This place is a joke and made my life bell. Still no response from them.
And stayed for 6 days and sheets didn't get changed once. I tested them.
Talked to another person who said they found a bed bug, took it down to staff and they did nothing.
