"Very good service, clean room and comfortable bed"
I booked this hotel at the very last minute as I was in NY attending an event that was being held there. Initially I was very frustrated in my attempt to book this reservation as I spent quite a bit[More]
of time on the phone being transferred back and forth between IHG central reservations and the hotel's in-house reservations as there seemed to be confusion on their part in understanding what I needed. However, when I arrived at the hotel and checked in, the front desk service was very good and I was able to check in early. The room and bed were very clean and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this hotel. If I ever need to be in Times Square again I would consider staying here again. [Less]
