Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 A great palce to stay It is a great place to stay. A New, very clean and comfy rooms. moreover, the room was large. The international restaurant is great with variety of different international food. Stay, restaurant and the business services were expensive. Good location and 200 yards walking distance form a new Starbucks. I would repeat. April 23, 2013

And I call guest center and the waiter bring me a wiring board, but told me I must sign it on the paper to confirm I lease it. It's so unreasonable! April 6, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by This may be relevant to you if you are a NON-SMOKER, and a PC Platium elite (and above) or you just want to book a club floor room. The club lounge is located on the only non-smoking floor of the 4 club floors, with a non-smoking sign at the entrance. Yet hotel management decided to allow people to smoke in the lounge according to the head of housekeeping, the MOD on day of my viist. People smoke so close to the lounge entrance that one simply could not avoid it. A MOD of PC China said hotel could not control where and when people smoke. If you get upgraded to the club floor as an elite (standard practice at this hotel I was told), you will be asked to have breakfast in the club lounge. No option to buy up was offered. It is my opinion that the breakfast offerings, as well as those during happy hours, are aomong the worst in terms of choice and quality; even by North America standards. If you are used to the better spreads generally found in Asia, you are in for a surprise. Having said the above, I recognize all PC hotels do not always upgrade platium elites to club floors. It was a struggle to get a cooler and quiet room even though I called and spoke with the MOD the day before my arrival. April 3, 2013
