Every member of your staff was helpful and pleasant - outstanding. They took care of all request promptly and courteously. They gave advice regarding attractions and even took care of my grand-daughters concern about some stray kittens at the entrance to the parking area.
Restaurant wait staff was on- top of their game. They ensured we received immediate seating and made recommendations regarding our food choices. Food was delivered hot and a eye appealing - WELLDONE.
Thanks to the management for putting together such a outstanding team.

We scheduled a three night stay at this location and ask for the quiet area. We were placed in the quiet area however, so were families with children that ran constantly up-and-down the halls until almost 10 PM. We started our stay on Wednesday evening and completed it Saturday morning. When we checked out the lady at the desk acted as if it was okay for these families to have been in the quiet area. We got the very distinct impression that rooms were grouped for booking regardless of the zone, in order to maximize the compression of tenants and therefore making it easier for housekeeping to do their daily chores. There were several areas of the hotel where no one was occupying. Needless to say, we will not stay there again and will probably drive the distance to Charlotte in order to ensure our quality of stay. The staff failed to appropriately address these issues and therefore sent us away feeling less than appreciated for our stay..

We only stayed here one night but were very pleased. The room was very clean and had lots of room. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful, from the front desk staff to the staff in the restaurant where we ate breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

I arrived at 1:45 pm and was told my room was not ready. I left and returned at 2:30 - still not ready. I had informed the clerk that I had a class at 3pm and would like to check in before, but I was told Sorry. I had to check in late and was put in a building behind the main hotel. The room was nice but I had to take my bathing suit to the pool and change in the bathroom because it was freezing outside. I swam with a few other people until 10:30 even though 10 was closing time. We were all quiet and I didn't get checked in until 9:30 anyways so I wanted my relaxation time. I went into the sauna to dry off and warm up before dressing in clothes and a jacket to go back across the street to my room when I realized someone had come in and turned off the lights to the pool area. My clothes were sitting on a table as plan as day and they didn't bother checking to see if anyone was in there. Thank God they didn't lock me in! After I got to my room I went to shower and saw a dried up washcloth hanging over the shower curtain rod - disgusting! The next day after going out for breakfast my keycard didn't work - again I got Sorry. The clerks were apathetic and I would never recommend this hotel. I have gotten compensated for far less problems in other hotels without even asking for it. This hotel was ridiculous - and by the way - who closes their bar at 10pm on a Saturday night? Crowne Plaza - that's who! I mean really - I just wanted a class of wine to relax after the stress caused by the hotel staff!!! And by the way, I am an IHG rewards club member - like that did any good!

We have stayed at the Crowne Plaza, and its predecessor over 50 times in the past 5 years. We have always been impressed with our visits. In our recent stay, the housekeeping service, performed by Vivian was unusually exceptional.

Our one night stay was wonderful. The hotel is undergoing some renovations so finding your room can be a challenge, but the staff was happy to point you in the right direction. The room was clean and the bed provided one of the best nights sleep that my husband and I have had in a long time. The bed was so comfortable and the mattress and pillows were top quality for sure!

Enjoyed our one night stay. Rooms apparently renovated in 2012 - comfy beds, good toiletries. It is a low rise building with many rooms with exterior entrances which was fine with us. Leading coffee brand in the rooms.

Was gone to Morgantown, NC for a weekend fire school. Drove 20 mins to Hickory, NC where my buddy has never stayed at CP. He was impressed from the time we walked in the front door... from how clean ot was and how nice the people were. Great first impression!
