The staff was courteous, prompt and efficient, the restaurant was well appointed and the staff was first rate. Room and amenities were what one would expect from a property of this caliber. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Hotel I have stayed at this hotel 11 times over the years and can say its a pretty solid, comfortable hotel. The pool is beautiful, right on the Intercoastal waterway. Parking is easy, there is a charge, the hotel is located across the street from the ocean. The rooms are very nice, with a nice cooler, microwave, and coffee maker. The beds are nice and all the rooms have balconies. I wouldn't call it deluxe, but this is a very nice, restful hotel. May 12, 2013

Cannot fault this establishment except for the fact that the restaurant had a poor menu selection and had the audacity to tell us not to bother to leave a tip as they had already included an 18% service charge for two people. We had just come off our long flight from England , there were only two of us and we shared a pasta dish. Because of that we decided we would find elsewhere to eat. Other than that, the staff in every area were attentive, smiling people always ready to help in any way they could. We shall definitely return there as soon as possible. May 9, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by What an experience... From the moment I arrived I was treated like royalty. When I pulled up, I was greeted by Valet and treated with outstanding service. At check-in, I was greeted by name, thanked for being a Platinum member, offered complementary drink and coffee coupons and my valet parking fees were waived. A really nice touch was the personalized thank you letter. I felt special, like I was welcome and the hotel staff showed appreciation for my stay. This is a beautiful facility, located close to attractions and the atmosphere is perfect. The room was comfortable, the bed was very comfortable, a larger than normal TV, quiet room and plenty of room to unwind. Now for the really good part- I ordered room service and WOW! The food was fabulous. The meal was prepared perfectly and the taste was out of this world. I highly recommend this hotel. I was over-impressed, something rare today. You will not regret a stay at this hotel. April 24, 2013
