I am a Platimum member and was treated very well, as usual at this new Crowne Plaza in HK. Thought distance is far but with the MTR, is very convenience.
Room is very comfortable and Staff is great.
Only comment: the TV in the living room, perhaps having problem with internet connectivity, is alway having the sound NOT in sync with the picture. No such problem with the TV in the bathroom.
Just a comment.

Crowne Plaza in Tseung Kwan O (TKO) is really the best place to stay in Hong Kong. I have a Platinum status with IHG program and I have stayed at this hotel three times in the past two months. The hotel really stands out from its competitors for its price.
The hotel is bit off the city center, but because the hotel is sitting right on-top of the subway station, you are completely sheltered from the heat and rain (try that in Summer time, you would be so glad). Traveling to Causeway Bay, Wan Chai, Central isn't bad; 25 mins of air conditioned subway will get your there without a drop of sweat.
The staffs are best assets of this hotel are the staff. From the moment I stepped into this hotel, I feel the warm and welcomed atmosphere. They definitely recognized their high elite members by their names. On multiple occasions I walked past the front desk; they greeted me by my name. The loyalty manager, Carol, was exceptional, she communicates with me prior to my arrival and per-arranged all the arrival requests to ensure my check-in process was seamless. On my departure, she personally greeted me and invited me to contact her for any future stay arrangements. I do not remember when the last time I have received such professionalism from one hotel was.
I stayed in room 4507, a corner room on the top floor of the hotel and the view was astonishing. I had a corner room, it seems to be a bit larger than a regular room and the quality of the room was top of the line; furniture was solidly made, bathroom size was functional and covered by marble stones. I love the rain-shower shower head; nothing beats the water coming down like heavy rain after a long day of running around. The bed was heavenly, makes you not wanting to wake up at all!
However, the only part that got me a bit confused was the "lounge". The so-called lounge is not really a lounge but a small area with a couch. Club level guests are welcomed to use the restaurant adjacent as a lounge, but it definitely was missing the part where members can walk in out to grab a drink or a snack. Also, I do not recall there's a business center for guest to use their computers or print things out. On the plus side, at night members are welcomed to relax at the open-air bar with their friends, or just simply enjoy the view.
Dispute the awkwardness of the lounge, this hotel is perfect. Where can you find a 5 star hotel for a 3 star price in Hong Kong? I enjoy staying at a place where I can avoid most of the tourist crowd, well, almost.

Outstanding in every respect! Short indoor walk (great in the rain) to the Tseung Kwan O MTR station, fantastic Sky Terrace open air 31st floor, outstanding staff in every department of the hotel ... one of my best Crowne Plaza experiences worldwide to date!

酒店环境、服务及卫生各项均比较满意。特别是楼下就是地铁站，出行非常方便。还有4家商场在周围，购物、吃饭比较方便。

We were very happy with your treatment at your facilities during the stay of our team of (Crowne Plaza TKO) IHG.
We could see from day one that the hotel service has a great quality, both because of its comfortable and appropriate facilities, as well as service and constant concern for our comfort. Thank you especially for being aware of our requirements.

Great hotel located close to the MTR making travel easy and quick. Huge rooms and terrific staff, notably Cindy at the restaurant (recommended the bufffet & wine package) who looked after us. Will be back for another stay. Thank You.
