Usually great...not so cool this time

I love this hotel, but this stay the AC didn't work. It never cooled off lower than 78 in the room. Reported it before we went to dinner. Got no response and no relief from a hot room. Hopefully this usually great hotel gets that fixed.

One and only complaint

On the moring of check out about 9:00 am. Someone knocked lightly on the door. Before I could get a chance to get to the door they were inserting a key. When I made it to the door a lady with the clipboard asked if I was checking out today. I replied yes. Check out was not for several hours but I felt rushed to leave. I feel like she should have checked the computer the computer or something. Made me feel rushed.

Hard bed and no ac

The first thing we did when we got in our room was plop down on the bed and just about broke our backs. I think the floor would have been more comfortable. I called the front desk and asked if all beds were that hard. They stated that they would upgrade us to the tempurpetic and have new room keys up to us right away (very pleased with the customer service!) We got into our second room and the "tempurpetic" was still hard. Better then the first but still hard as a board. We went about our night attending a concert that we used the shuttle service for (great!!) and went straight to bed when we got back. Woke up sweating even though the ac was set on 62auto. It was blowing warm air! I brought it to their attention first thing that morning, by 8am. They sent an engineer up which felt the air and said he would be right back with a ladder. We didn't leave until 11am and we never saw the engineer a second time. Customer service was great and very friendly but I was not impressed at all with the room!
