Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 门厅大堂气派 酒店门厅大堂气派,喷泉很有气势。check in 时服务不错,服务员说会员还送一份饮料,不错。晚上8点去一楼吃饭,就我一个人用餐,服务赞,味道也行。酒店距离屯溪老街不远,建议去逛逛。 路牌指示不太清楚,第一次出门还把车开到了停车场区了。 房间干净整洁,就是窗户是靠桥边,晚上有点小吵。 淋浴房的门关不严,有点溅水。 游泳池的服务员态度不好,要个浴帽就不给送下来。 May 22, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fantastic stay This hotel was a wonderful surprise, right from its impressive (and massive) foyer to the dedication and helpfulness of staff. The Front Office Manager, was incredibly friendly and helpful and that reflected with all staff. The rooms were great and very comfortable. Good breakfast buffet with variety. We would definitely recommend this hotel. April 7, 2013

All the staff we met are welcoming and hospitable, and they give you genuine smiles, not the professional ones. Stella from the Guest Relation department is a good representative in this aspect. Also we like the breakfast. We'd definitely visit the hotel again in near future and we plan to take friends there too. March 1, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by 服务有失水准,华而不实 此次的入住经验,让我对crowne plaza这个品牌有了新的认识——差! 以下几点,请相关工作人员予我以解释: 1.行政酒廊淡季关闭,不能提供服务,你给我升级到行政房的意义何在? 2.退房结账时告知:在店可以享受免费双人自助晚餐。这样做的目的是什么?提高酒店入住率?画饼充饥? 3.早上8:30,在“请勿打扰”的状态下,服务员竟然数次敲门要做卫生。 4.白金卡未能享受欢迎饮料和mini bar,店内消费也不能享受折扣。 5.结账时,在未告知的情况下收取希望工程捐款。你要献爱心,请从你自己的利润中支付,不要慷他人之慨。 6.正常营业时间,大堂地面打蜡抛光,大堂门口翻修地面....... 就这样吧,实在不想再说下去了~ January 30, 2013
