A business stay

This hotel has all of the amenities a business traveller is interested in. The staff is friendly and the executive floor rooms are clean and comfortable. The wi-fi is fast and works well.

The only thing a little strange about this hotel is the parking is somewhat disjointed but that's the only kind of off thing about it.

Good customer service when arriving. This is a better hotel than any other hotel that I stay in. I would recommend this hotel to my co worker and would stay here again. This sight is close to Cleveland and a short drive to downtown restaurant.

Great staff

Staff was the greatest. No breakfast in lobby. The bed was very comfortable. The location was good. Room service was a little pricey. No shuttle to Cleveland clinic. Overall a great experience. The staff were very polite and helpful. Cleveland was in the middle of a big snow storm and the parking lot remained clean and clear

Attentive staff, tired property

This property is tired and for the most part, out of date. The staff's care and attentiveness bridge the gap part way but the cold room and poor quality (very noisy) HVAC in room make it impossible to get a good night sleep.
