Cleveland Crown Plaza is Amazing!

If you are ever in the Cleveland area, this hotel is an incredibly nice place to stay. I highly recommend it. The rooms are clean and very quiet. The staff here is truly incredible. I loved that every entrance into the hotel is card access ONLY. As an IHG Platinum Member I very much appreciated being upgraded to the Concierge Floor. They had a great selection of beer and wine, as well as munchies.

My only complaint would be the hot tub. The "jets" only bubbled air, and it had gravel all over in in it. It definitely was in need of some serious repair. The pool itself was huge, and seemed great.

The hotel is a great place. I would definitely go back.

A business stay

This hotel has all of the amenities a business traveller is interested in. The staff is friendly and the executive floor rooms are clean and comfortable. The wi-fi is fast and works well.

The only thing a little strange about this hotel is the parking is somewhat disjointed but that's the only kind of off thing about it.

Customer service

Good customer service when arriving. This is a better hotel than any other hotel that I stay in. I would recommend this hotel to my co worker and would stay here again. This sight is close to Cleveland and a short drive to downtown restaurant.
