Terrible bed, hairy tub and dirty sink

Upon arriving, the hotel lobby looked very inviting and well put together, unfortunately the same couldn't be said for my room. The room was dated looking, there was a divot that took up half the bed, the bathroom sink had dried toothpaste in it and when I set the soap on the "soap tray' in the shower, I picked it up to find someone else's hair on it. The insult was this was the most expensive IHG brand hotel I stayed in that week and it was the least hospitable. In addition to the subpar cleanliness, apparently hotel management felt it was okay to have children running up and down the hallways until after 1:00am on a weeknight. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again.

Great staff and Dining

Just a thank you to the hotel staff for making our stay a Great Event. I had booked extra rooms for some of our corporate people traveling to Cleveland for a meeting. They were given a warm welcome and they had a good dinner with good service. Thanks again for giving us special attention and Great Service.

So disappointed in staff

The way the staff handled the said situation of their guest was totally UN except-able. Then it seem they like they just tried to single out a specific groups who didnt have nothing to do with what was going on. It was a whole other floor causing problem all over the hotel. I was awaken by several times by hallway noise all night. And how the front desk handled the situation with the police early in the morning was over the top. Most of the ones that was causing problem was uncontrollable children. It didnt make the situation any better by having 7 sheriff cars outside and knocking on peoples door causing an uproar with the other guest on my floor. When they wasnt the ones involved . A very disappointing stay.
