Cold room (heater blew cold air), had to request blanket (it was snowing folks!!!!) window not caulked so smoke came in with the cold wind. We were meeting up with multiple parties and very sorry we chose this hotel, won't again.

Our frustration and worry about a cancelled flight was greatly reduced by a fantastic experience at this hotel. Free upgrade to a suite, gracious accommodation of a late check out, goo meal in the restaurant, and the rewards club lounge on the 5th floor; were the highlights of our stay. Thank you!!
