Location is very central but awkward as downhill from Military Museum among car repair shops. Hotel does provide free shuttle to Taksim however late night out will be a problem. To compensate for location hotel should have very attractive food & beverage outlets and nightspots. But the restaurants including one for pizza and kebab offer nothing special for anyone to take detour. Hence you'll find only hotel guests in and around so feel deserted in evenings. Not very attentive cleaning specially in bathroom. Was upgraded to club room but access to club lounge was denied. Breakfast is best avoided. Save money, walk few steps uphill and have much better breakfast a lot cheaper at any street cafe. Or even take a cereal bar.
Staff is friendly and helpful but require some further training as 4/5 star chain and proficiency in English language. Waiting staff in restaurant should also be trained on the food menu.

Please refer to previous comments about the quality of services received.. This is very poor compared to other PGH hotels I stayed in.. I travel every month to Istanbul for work with every stay being at least one week.. I will make sure that I avoid this hotel

My overall experience with the hotel was simply great, my only complain is the location, it's at the bottom of a steep hill on a bit of a scary area, I'm a walker so this was a bit of a pain but if you are planing to take taxis or use the free shuttle to taksim you have nothing to worry about
