Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by The diningroom wait staff was very good, nice clean rooms The buffet breakfast was very good, however we thought the $2.00 charge for juice was a bit much considering how many other hotels offer complimentary juice with their breakfasts. Several of us at the reunion had problems with our room keys not working at some point over our stay. I got locked outside in the swimming pool area and had to wait for someone coming out to the pool to let me back in the hotel. Service at the bar was fair, at best, the waitress was not very friendly. Also the area around the bar and the tables were not clean. The front desk clerks were very courteous and helpful. All in all we had a good time. May 2, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Bible Way Church Conference I had such a wonderful time staying at the Crown Plaza. The staff was very helpful and friendly and made stay wonderful. The location of the hotel made it easy to go to the shopping centers and take a nice walk to see the beautiful sights. I was very happy with the food and service at the in house restaurant. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great for a business stay I have stayed in a standard King room and on an Executive level King. Both rooms were updated, clean and comfortable. The rooms are also quiet as is the property in general. The pool is partly in doors with a swim door to the outside. I did not eat at the hotel other than to use the coffee shop downstairs. The executive lounge has coffee, water soft drinks and an assortment of ice cream bars and open 24 hours. This Crown Plaza location is head and shoulders above the Crown plaza Riverfront in downtown Jacksonville. If you have a choice, I would and will stay at the Airport location. March 27, 2013

The staff if very friendly and the executive rooms are very nice. I ate in the restaurant both times and had great food and service. I would definitely recommend this hotel. March 26, 2013
