Friendly staff, restaurant great food, extended stay to catch a late flight, everyone is very accommodating, highly recommend for anyone going to New York, and wanting to stay near the airport.

Rooms only have showers, but I prefer a bathtub.

Rude Guest services

Rude guest services operator. Unprovoked loud response over phone, when asked for their shuttle timings.
I was expecting a better response, when asked on the services the hotel offers.

The front desk staff seemed to be always in a rush, don know why. Atleast give few minutes to your guests and answer their queries well.

Probably some of their staff does need training on communication skills.

No water provided on day one in the room.

A broken closet door did not justify the price I paid for my stay.

Never had such an experience at any other IHG hotels.
I would prefer not to stay at this one again.

Could be better for the price.

I would recommend this hotel if I could but have had mixed feelings about my experience with this hotel. There are many times house keeping does not leave you hand towels, wash clothes or even regular coffee. I have been staying at this hotel off and on for the last 4 months and have had the same issues the whole time. The desk staff are very attentive but it seems like the house keeping staff are ill equipped to perform their job. The last time I was there on Wednesday Nov 19, 2014 I left my room at 6 a.m. and came back to a dirty room at 4:30 p.m. I can't explain why my room couldn't be cleaned in over 10 hours but just leave it at that. House keeping did knock on my door at 6 p.m. asking if I wanted my room cleaned to which I said no because I didn't want to leave my room to have it cleaned. The elevators are the slowest elevators of any hotel I have ever stayed at and I travel a LOT. The food in the restaurant is acceptable but overpriced in my opinion as well as the bar which serves decent drinks but with prices that are excessive. I will continue to stay here because I have no other option, due to company policies, but wish the service could improve as this hotel is not cheap and I would expect more for what you pay.

Great stay!

I have stayed there for 4 days and it was really great. Richard was excellent at the front desk as well as the morning staff. One thing that needs to be fixed is the heat. It was cold a little bit in the room but I survived. Overall, it was a great experience and I will definitely come back at this location whenever I am in town.
