Our stay was great. Breakfast was delicious and abundant. The staff were very friendly from check-in to manager, to housekeeping and restaurant. Everybody worked hard and their pleasant smiles to to really tired guests returning from South Africa made all the difference. Check out was a breeze with no holds on the credit card as the account was settled on the spot.
We did not make use of all the services due to the shortness of our stay but we will certainly go back. Shuttle to JFK, free wifi, ATM in the lobby, business center, restaurant a floor below the lobby and other services make this hotel a great place to stay.
I highly recommend this hotel.

My husband and I were simply looking to stay at a hotel by the airport to make our travel in the morning easier and to get some sleep beforehand.
We were placed on the first floor of the hotel and they cleaned the floor the WHOLE entire night. I slept with headphones in just to try to block out the noise but even that didnt work. Doors slammed all night and we got the worst sleep of all time. Hotels should be respectful of the fact that people go here to SLEEP! I would not recommend this hotel for anyone trying to stay over and get some rest before a long flight. Needless to say our day of travel was not pleasant.

Poor check-in service in the late evening. Long lines and stressed out customers. No rooms available that were clean. They sent me to the bar saying I was on the top of the list to get a room and I would be called. An hour and a half later when I inquired, everyone else was given a room and when I asked if mine was now available there was not any clean ones still. Another 15 - 20 minutes later I got a room. Front desk offered nothing. I gave them my Crown card and they gave it back and said the number didn't work and they couldn't help me. About the worst hotel customer service I have encountered.
