Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Mathteach123456789 Fantastic staff always try to help
Our stay was lovely in a remodeled room. We loved eating in the business lounge over the restaurant . The choice was good and the food superb. The staff goes out of their way to help.
Our only problem was with the cleanliness of the bathroom which desperately needs redoing. The floor and walls were dirty and after reporting it repeatedly, it did not change.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by i2013 Renovations
We were offered twice rooms on floors under renovation. These rooms were totally unacceptable, being delapidated.
We had to insist , even though we have platinum status, to get a better room on a fully renovated floor. After a long wait and a ot of begging we good a very nice room.
I think that floors under renovation shouldn't be offered to guests; also I was under the impression that the PLatinum satus means something!!!

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by FlyingOut Short city visit
This hotel was average at best.
This hotel is not in the city center. Some landmarks are close by, true, but no real social life in walking distance (which is what you want to have close by).
The hotel is pretty big and I'd imagine it hosts many conventions and meetings since it was really busy when I visited. The service is something to improve and my Gold status was not recognized during check-in. Not sure if I was upgraded as my room was rather on the small side though on high floor.
Breakfast at the restaurant was fair - not more.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Margita94 Service Not Up to Par
We had three people in our room and constantly had to ask for more towels, washcloths (which were never given automatically), or the appropriate amount of glasses and cups. Also, I don't know if it is a policy outside the US but the refrigerator could not be used to store anything but what the hotel put in. This was inconvenient. The room we had needed some maintenance.

An average hotel with a generally unfriendly staff. It's a decent spot from a location perspective but the staff generally seemed put off to even be there. No recognition for Platinum status. Will not return.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Sophia0422 one of the best Israeli's hotels
Have been very impressed the minute I walked in.
I was greeted by reception desk associate (which is a rare gesture in Israel). The atmosphere was very nice.
Lobby, restaurant, comfort and cleanliness of the room - very much met my expectations.
Upon check out I was thanked for my business and wished a safe trip!
Thanks to the administration for keeping up high standards of the property.
Will definetily be my choice for the next time.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by dks183 was not pleased with the staff at the desk
I, felt the room should have come with breakfast. Was charged to different prices for breakfast. I, hope the staff is more patient with americans and not felt that I did not belong there

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Poor Service - Old Property - Won't Visit Again
Thought we would get a wonderful hotel but our room was filthy, carpets were stained and the service was awful. We waited over an hour to get a crib delivered even though it was requested when we booked our room. When we asked to extend checkout from 11 AM to 12 noon since our toddler was sleeping, our request was denied. Note: We booked rooms for the next 3 nights at the Leonardo Jerusalem (similar property that is close by) and were pleasantly surprised to find a crib waiting in our room when we arrived. Plus they included free breakfast and the staff was more accommodating.
