Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 服务一流,位置优越,设施比较新 酒店的服务员都比较亲切和主动,值得一提的是优越的地理位置。不但位于市中心的核心商业区,距离主要休闲的景点,公园都比较近。 比较喜欢酒店的床铺,特别的舒适。睡眠质量超好!设施设备都比较新,房间里面也没有异味。 赞一个 July 15, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 服务 前台的服务缺少培训,没有服务意识。更没有识别会员身份的能力,而且对于会员的要求也不能及时给予处理,态度不好。为什么在没有到店前酒店的电话服务跟到店正式入住时的服务完全不一样呢?希望能加强人员培训。 July 9, 2014
