Terrible service from lost and found

I left my iphone charger plugged into the lamp next to the bed, very easily seen. I called the same day I checked out to let them know I had left the charger and would like it mailed. I had to leave a message. No one returned my call. I called again and spoke to someone from lost and found who said no charger was found. So I assumed it was taken and asked to speak to the general manager. The person then told me they had my charger and would mail it. It is now October 21st and I have not recieved my charger. Poor service. Very disappointed and I am a rewards member!

Excellent choice for business or leisure purposes! I have stayed at this location many times, and have never been disappointed! What's not to love...Starbucks in the lobby, great rooms with comfortable beds, parking garage and restaurants and night life within walking distance!!!! Highly recommend!

It is ridiculous for a guest to pay for parking for as long as you stay there. The guest that came to the wedding reception got free parking and I would have had to pay if I parked my car there.
