Nice Stay

Even with construction/remodeling going on, we did not really even know it, except for signs that were posted and was not inconvenienced by it at all.

With the cost of the hotel room, I would have been nice, if a free continental breakfast would have came with it, and also I hate paying for parking, but the valet parking was nice and the fellas got your car quickly!

Overall, loved the hotel and having a Starbucks in the Lobby!

Okay but the property has no organization

Dirty dishes were left on the 20th floor in the hall from Sat @1500 to Sun night @ 2100. One Room was not ready and we had to keep checking back since the desk failed to notify us when the room was finally ready. Finally received room around 1900. Parking garage is slippery when wet; cars had a tough time going up ramps. Spaces are small in parking garage where you pay $17 a day. Construction at the hotel wasn't the problem; the halfway things were done was very disappointing.

Beautiful hotel very very busy. Staff was nice and it was very convenient for us. We travel to kc every month and we were looking for a new hotel new location this one was perfect. However when we left checked out I forgot my camera battery and charger plugged in.. silly me how could I forget to grab it. I called them immediately an hour after we left kc.. gad to leave a vm on Fred from housekeeping vm.. no problem I know Sundays r busy... so Tues rolled around still no call called again spoke to a nice girl named crystal again had to leave vm on Freds vm again. Thursday rolls around still no call again I called spoke to crystal she stated she would send them an email. Friday rolls around still no call so sat I decided to call them again.. I call again ask for higher up management magically I'm transferred to Marie from housekeeping she apologies and says she will go look and call me back. Here it is Sunday and I still haven't got a call back. I'm pretty frustrated at the lack of customer service they have for after their customers leave. I'm not sure if I will ever go back and stay their again. Unfortunately it was a great location for us. I will go buy a new camera. To me you should at least take the time out for your customers people like me come back and back if the service was good.. it's customer retention to make us want to come back and stay with the hotel.
