We used this hotel for our block of rooms for our son's wedding. Family and friends commented we could not have made a better choice. It is so convenient to the airport, shopping, restaurants, and just an easy drive to downtown New Orleans. The airport shuttle was a Godsend. Even though this was our first trip to this area, it was so easy to navigate from this hotel. Staff members were always greeting us in the hall/lobby and asking if there was anything we needed. They catered to our special needs and requests without question. We did utilize the bar and restaurant on a few occasions and the food was excellent. Ms. Treadway was my contact individual for the block contract and she was phenomenal, very accommodating and a joy with whom to work. I would definitely recommend this hotel for just a quick over night stay but even more so for an extended stay.

All of the staff went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable and met every need. Dinah in the priority club provided exceptional service and even serenaded me every morning while serving breakfast, what a great way to start the day. The only issue I encountered was the internet service, I got knocked off the server several times while trying to work. I think it may have been the location of my room. I have not had any issues in the past. I would definately stay here again.

The only reason I gave a Good on Room and Comfort was the pillows. They were too hard for me, but I didn't ask if I could have another one. The Excellent service started with Dinah during breakfast at the PC Lounge. What a great way to start a morning. The cheerful singing made you smile. If more folks had employees like that, we wouldn't have to provide training on customer service. She should be considered a Valueable employee. The entire staff was great, but she takes the cake!

The hotel is clean, quiet and takes very good care of Priority Club members. Resturant service is not the best but the staff is friendly. The food is OK. Hotel is located as close to the airport as you can get. Getting into and out of the hotel parking can be a challenge unless you know about the poorly marked side entrance off Veterans Blvd. Could use an extra person or two at the front desk during busy times.

Friendly, professional and helpful staff. Clean, comfortable room with two great beds and space to relax, enjoy TV, or work.. Shuttle service to and from the airport was excellent. We were recognized as priority club members and thanked for our patronage by the staff.
The Club room was very welcome after a very busy, long day.

Used priority club points got upgraded to a Suite. Front desk gentleman was very helpful with our site seeing questions.
Room was clean. Couldn't find any electrical outlets in the desk area.
Disappointed the priority club lounge closed at 7pm. Lounges in other cities stayed open longer
